Hey guys!

My marathon have been done, i have got this new diamond, the mighty T25 Pilot 1. It's true, this tank is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! But I have mixed feelings about it, because she's too good and too cheap.

Bad feelings:

I paid about 40 euros for the Ripper Patton when she was avaible in the shop first time and I played hundreds battles with her. I love M26 Pershing and other Pattons, so it was easy to love this tiger-faced one, too, but the world changed. I can't love her anymore on that way...  because Ripper Patton is "useless", outdated by now. A little, younger and cheaper[free...30euros] girl came and destroyed our romance.

T25 Pilot 1 is much better than Ripper Patton. It's not fair to tiger-owners.

How we will be compensated?

Guys, what do you think?

I got the T 25 pilot 1 myself now and I really like it its a balanced tank! looks crapon paper but the hidden stats makes it a great tank and I think WG did a good job at it.

Are you kidding me?

Pilot has

better DPM

better gunhandling

better accurate

smaller size, better camo

better mobility

turret of pilot can defend tank against a grille, too

Patton KR has thicker hull armor, but it's still paper.

A weaker tank is not so good as a stronger one.

You are the trolls, or you don't know Ripper Patton nor Pilot 1...

without coke

Honestly, I find Pilot to be a decent tank.

They key difference seems to lie in mobility - it is horse power vs terrain resistances kind of thing.

I noticed that Pilot handling on medium terrain is quite... weird. The lack of horse power really shows there and the thing barely turns while moving fast on medium and soft terrains. Far more than most mediums I've played.

Patton also wins in armour department... but really, it isn't well armoured anyway. A thicker cardboard is still cardboard. It has a better chance of miracle bounce at extreme angles but that is about it.

Not sure how the situation is on Patton, but Pilot seems to have ridiculously vulnerable and easy to hit ammo rack.

That being said, Pilot seems to be just better in terms of majority of soft stats.

Honestly I think T-25 Pilot is one of the better mediums out there.Better than the STA-2,better than the Panther 88 and better that the FV(but that's my opinion) and as you said from your experience better than the Patton KR.

I dont have the pilot but have the KR. From what I've seen the Pilot has better gun handling and that for me makes it a better option straight off. Both are designed for ridge line work and the better gun on Pilot will shine through.

I dont have either but seen them in battle of course. This "Pilot" seems to be even worse than T-44, the ex-worst-tank-in-T8. KR seems to be a decent, but by all means not OP vehicle

So how can you tell? I have both and Pilot is clearly better. I bounce same shots with turret I'd bounce with KR. If it pens it would pen KR too. Gun handling is superior, so is the mobility. I see little reason to play KR anymore.

Pilot is better, true, but both are a money grab, so if you paid money for either one, tough titties for supporting terrible monitezation practices on WG part.
