Every time I try to buy anything in premium shop I get;

But using the same card number on my girlfriends account from the same computer and sending gifts from her account to mine works fine.
What is wrong with my account?
Unable to reach billing support because there is no transaction number to show. only try again later. and I have been trying again later for 6 months.

Help please.

I ran into this problem recently for no apparent reason. I switched from Chrome to Safari and it worked again.
