Hi guys

One day i made a 1-1 vs a real life friend for fun, and decided to try some edits, i never edited a single wot video on my entire life, it sucks but for the first time i think it's average.

Anybody know how to run a background music and still add sound effects on WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER?

Movie maker is a bit of a pain in the bum for overlays of any kind.

My recommendation is that you render your main footage, add the music too it, and then render it. Once you've done that, add that rendered video back into movie maker, and then add your sound effects on top.

So for example: You can see below that my main video file contains the music (indicated by the greyed out sound waves), but I'm then able to add more sound on top. As a result I get both music and sound effects.

Spoiler

There are probably easier ways of doing it, but that's worked for me for a long time now. :)
