I'm beginning to think no one with English as a second language on WoT understands how to use the word 'lose'. I have seen the phrase 'This is a lose' in chat more times than I care to recall.

Correct usage:

'This is a loss'

'This game is lost'

'We are going to lose'

Seeing this misspelling is beginning to annoy me more than the act of actually losing. When I correct people on this they normally tell me to 'shut the f*ck up' or 'f*ck off' or 'Kill yourself' which I'm ok with because they generally spell those insults correctly.

Forget it.

It's a loose cause.

You forgot "this is loose" "tomatoes always loose" "always loose"

Too many players lack the ability to tighten up their use of language.

I find the biggest offenders are those who claim it is their native language.

Was going to reply faster but there are a lot of lose keys on my keyboard, so unfortunately it was a loost cause. I'll try not to loose too much sleep over it though. ;)

The joys of the English language. :)

Put the word "only" anywhere in the sentence "She told him that she loved him".

"No one"? It's "noone", surely?

I find that reminding them that "loose" is what their momma is after she's finished with the football team helps.

Every time I see someone complaining about loosing a game, I get very loose myself.

Maybe this mysterious "of" will start showing up in other places in the future, like "I of three looser tanks in my garage"

The horror.

Had one guy this morning, as top tier in a T-10 on airfield, shouted instantly when the countdown began that he "wasnt there to win the game with no help for us idiots"

I expected him to at least do something.

He subsequently ran into the corner and camped behind the TDs, even behind the artillery. At the end of the game he had 1k damage. He even had the chance to carry and blew it.

Surprise surprise, he had a win rate of 45%.
