Hi everyone!
First, as you may have just noticed, we just updated for 1.0.2.4. If there are any issues we didn't catch, let us know!
Second, you may have noticed Grumpelumpf had been posting the updates for a while. This is because I was away from the modpack to finish my bachelor's degree, since about last month. I was hoping that the transition was seamless and everything was still running smoothly, and that seems to have been the case!
Now that I am back, we plan to make several new changes to the application that we are confident you will love! Not just performance improvements, but a new UI experience! It will take a while to write, but we will keep you informed when we have made more progress.

Announcement: update on hosting and SSL certificates

As I have stated before, this modpack is built on transparency: We do not hide information from you, especially when it concerns the security or integrity of the modpack (without giving out detailed security information, of course). Thus, we have news for you regarding the above announcement title.

TLDR version: large files are missing, we are working on restoring them. If your browser complains about new SSL certificates don't worry about it.

Regular version:
Our hosting provider has recently changed their hosting plans, and stopped support for their old legacy plans, one of which we were on. Because of that, we have been working with them on moving all our data to a new plan on a physically different server, which also has a different IP address. In other words, the location and type of server have changed, but the files and website have not.
In the move, several of the larger zip files over 500MB (tank skin packs and sound mods, for example) were not copied due to their large size. We are working on uploading them to the new server.

Additionally, we have changed the SSL certificates of our main and sub-domains. We have found a new SSL provider, GlobalSign, (shout-out to you guys) who gives free domain SSL certificates for open source projects! Note that our sub-domains still use cPanel, but were renewed as well.
