This is the last update for 1.6.0.8.
In the beta database, we switched to the installation folder 1.6.1.0 for tomorrow.

So dont use today 08.10.2019 (still 1.6.0.8) the beta-DB, because it will install in the wrong folder and possibly mods have been updated for tomorrow (1.6.1.0).

- Added initial implimentation of the UI themeing system. It includes a built-in dark theme.
- The UI themeing system also includes the ability to customize a custom theme via the "Custom" option, loading a theme from an xml file.
- You can base your custom theme off of the dark theme or the default.
- There are 3 types of theme levels: "global colorsets", "class colorsets", "component colorsets".

- Fixed bugs with dark UI in selection list when colorchange option is off (both selection views).
- Added download progress to standard and advanced reporting when "download while install" is enabled.
- Added old option back to legacy to load up with options collapsed (search will expand to it on navigation).
- Added option for when using one-click or auto install to show a warning to cancel install if any errors occured when applying the selection file.
- Fixed bugs with install engine ClearLogs step.
- Re-worked selection view UI component definitions and data binding. And by that I mean I removed the data binding. It's not used.
- Updated English and Spanish translations. (Thanks to LordFelix for Spanish translations)
