I wish WG would stop offering Type 59 like its even considered a prize...

 

For 1 reason I own Type 59 already, so whats the point for me to compete?

 

And number 2, Type 59 sucks now but most of the tomatoes in the game still believe its a good tank

What will the player with the biggest replay folder win?

 

Duration: From 12 April at 00:00 CEST until 26 April at 23:59 CEST - 14 days

 

While playing a regular Tier VI tank, accumulate the highest amount of damage in 25 battles, or play at least 25 battles and earn at least 606 base experience in one of these battles.

There are five categories of the competition (Light Tanks, Medium Tanks, Heavy Tanks, Tank Destroyers, and SPGs) and each category is treated as its own separate contest. You can participate in all five categories, but you can only be awarded in one of them. 25 x 5 = 125 replays that take part in the competition and you can play any amount of battles to improve your score during the contest. We will take into account only your 25 best battles. Any battle you play in a Tier 6 vehicle has the potential to replace an older result.

 

Replays must be enabled. Please note that if we request a replay to validate your score/match performance and you are not able to provide this, your score will not count and the prize will go to the next highest scoring player. Get ready to shift through hundreds of replays in order to find the specific one they are asking for if there are any accusations from the community regarding how any exceptional scores were obtained.

as far as I understand, you will need replays only for the top damage. I think that any game that will land you to that top 6 spot will be easy to recognize and to backup that replay.

Replays from every match ? well of course i migh save a great battle, but all ? really ?

 

And last one why there are available such competitions in website while they are not even available in my garage to see ?

so how can i see what place i am or my score or wtv info i want to get from the competition about my progress ? i dont get it

Waaaaah, this free stuff smells funny, gimme other free stuff.

 

Is no one else is allowed to have a Type 59 or even the opportunity to win one because you already have one?

 

I'd love to win a Type. I'm aware of how the meta has changed and how the development of the game has left the Type somewhat behind but I've always wanted one anyway. It looks great, always has.

My first thought was about the possible number of KV-2's. Still, there's a prize for each type of tank so it's time to dust off that Hellcat or possibly even drag out some arty. 

 

Interesting that WG are offering a prize for dealing damage to light tanks as well, given that they're changing the LT meta to force gameplay into passive spotting.

Type 59 is almost crap now - I guess you should replace this legendary prize with Defender, Patriot, Skorpion, etc....

3 days of premium account is way too little for such an effort. It's true and sad, WG.

And why no premium tanks allowed??? This is no fun at all.

I have to say that I don't usually criticise all WG does. But the rewards now are not interesting at all.

 I guess it's possible to missunderstand even the direct quotes, the competition is for "the highest amount of damage in 25 battles"

Thanks, but no thanks. I'm an average player, so I cannot realistically expect to be among those who do top damage, and as to the random prize - well, that's a whopping 1 Euro (!) worth of premium time ... and not for all players who try, mind, but only for the 60 lucky winners! Wargaming, you little jokers

There seriously NEEDS to be some sort of a tracker either in the webpage / account info / garage; would be also nice if it provided information regarding the 25 matches for replay keeping purposes for WG confirmation purposes (like that's gonna happen, right?).

If it's gonna be tier VIs only, restrict it to solo-playstyle. No platoons. Otherwise we could be seeing damage farms at tier X with cromwell.  And trust me, it is absolutely possible.

Just to make sure there wasn't an issue with translation of the conditions and such. It is only a competition of dealt damage? Assistance doesn't count (tracking or spotting)?

I signed up but I am playing WoT as ussual all tiers.. and what the hell if I get somethin good, if not never mind..... I never get anything on all those random pics anyway so no extra effort from me
