There surely must be somebody here, need help myself I think. Nothing to do with WoT, tho my chat behavior is kinda related. I'm not the usual dickhead that displays anger all the time, mine builds up in time and when it explodes, it's bad. For everyone around me, and to myself. Help?

this might sound rude, but... seriously, go see a specialist instead of asking on forum. they have (or at least should have) the knowledge about how to learn to calm down and they might find the root of anger. meanwhile here on forum you are unlikely to find someone educated on that topic

My psychologist uses his own example when talking to me about anger issues.

He told me he used to get furious driving to work when others wouldn't use their indicators. He said he'd get to work extremely stressed because of it.

He then started to ask himself what does getting angry achieve? The other drivers aren't bothered so you don't get any satisfaction from that. The only person who suffers was himself.

Anger is learned behaviour. So thinking about certain things or doing a certain action will trigger it. The more it's triggered the stronger the path ways through the brain become. The stronger they become the easier it is to get mad.

I rage at WoT. I wish I didn't. I wish I could be calm. But I'd sooner let off some stream playing WoT than letting it off in other areas.
