I want to hear stories about your experience about WG's support.

Please tell your experience below!

(Mine has been good)

No bad experiences with support as of now. They gave me my 100k gold when I sent them my payment receipt. And they kindly apologized and encouraged me to keep spaming those pesky premium shells.

I have put in 3 tickets.

All were correctly handled.  politely.

Problem is, people never (rarely) come on the forums to praise.

Sent them a replay where a guy pushed me intentionally off a cliff unprovoked and got me killed. Got back something about general guidelines of appealing my own bans and the automated ban system.

hmm send in a replay  for rigging  1 clan lining up in the middle of the cap circle  arty of the other team (same clan) shoting there

they confess rigging in the chat  in the end i get killed by their arty without being spotted

reply from support: cant see anything wrong in the replay

well he didnt even bother to click the link

to the reply if they are kidding me or are compltly blind or unable to do their work  i got a different support member answering me  at least telling me "we will look into it" dunno if something happened but sounded better than nothing wrong ...

I've sent in several support tickets and all except 1 were handled very quickly and professionally.

The one exception was also dealt with, but required me to follow up as the first response wasn't even on the same subject as the ticket was raised about!

I suspect that it's like all jobs, you get varying levels of proficiency with your staff - although I wonder if this was an English Language fail on the part of the first respondent to me, because the second response got the point of my ticket immediately and resolved it straight away.

I've always had a really positive experience of dealing with support - but that's because I know what they can and cannot do.

If you create a ticket saying "this guy is a hacker" or "I got TK'd" or "WG accidentally gave me 35,000 gold which I have spent and now my account is locked until I pay for the gold" you're just wasting your time and their time and making the overall experience worse for everyone (legitimate tickets take longer to get seen and dealt with).

Well if you have an issue with something you have to be willing to repeat your question a couple of times to get across the first layer of "support" - the bots.

Then they are going to help you if they can.

Don't be stupid, there are no bots in WOT :)

So bad, that I would rather play support in a MOBA than trying to have a reasonable conversation with WG's support.

Experiences with WG support have been pretty good so far. Far better than Gigabyte EU support.

I don't see anything wrong with sharing some stories with the guys from the Support Team but I'm moving this Thread to Off Topic since its not related to the Gameplay Section.

On a side note, or rather On Topic, the guys from Support are all cool guys who always try to do their best from what I can see :)

Thumbs up from my side.

I already contacted support several times and I have not one complain to describe. Keep up the good work.

On another topic, the inclusion of the community onto the elicitation of requirements for a better development of the game could be quite better. (9.18 says hi), but that is not related to support ;)

On the rare occasion that I have contacted support I have found the process to be well handled

It's not an easy job because they cannot always tell you the outcome

WG support is not that professional as you think. Avoiding propper answers on delecated questions
