Unfortunately we are currently experiencing issues with our account database that might prevent you from logging in to EU 1.

 

The issue is already being worked on, we hope to have it resolved soon.

You should have closed EU cluster like a man rahter than hide behind all those obstructions (login failures, crashing servers, constant lags, ...) which will result in the same ending.

I logged in before the issues happened, purchased gold twice.

Didnt receive it the first time, thought it was just an error which will be solved soon, so attempted a second time.

Neither one did i receive. Already submitted two seperate support tickets.

 

Anything else i can do?

 

@MrConway Can you tell if the gold will be delivered as soon as the login issues are solved?

 

Quite an unfortunate timing since the gold purchase purpose was to make use of the Trade-In Special

I bought gold and extended premium time 2 hours ago.. still waiting to receive them on account.

Cool, give us a heads-up when it's done so we don't get half our new purchases wiped because the server died again in the background :D

Issues only for commanders? Not for soldiers?

I bought 2 000 000 gold before issues....still waiting... :(

 

Can you tell if the gold will be delivered as soon as the login issues are solved? :rolleyes:

As long as i dont loose any gold, silver, free experience or anything else you can play tech support for as long as you need..

But if anything is lost i for one do not want to wait a minimum of 14 days or more on tech support that cant even garantee that the ticket gets resolved. This company should have expanded tech support, servers and ingame parameters (atleast to my understanding) several years ago, this company has passed its 3 year trail test long ago. Time to step up the game WG.

The issues are resolved, sorry for the delayed update!

 

As for your issue, unfortunately you'll have to wait for an answer from customer support, but they should be able to solve it for you easily.
