No anime crap, the only way IMO they should be allowed on EU is if everyone else gets to turn them off so you can;t see them like you can do with the anime ships in WOWs. 

 

But that might cause issue with hit models etc. so they'd have to find two regular tanks to replace the skins that fit pretty much exactly. So probably easier to just not bother.

 

Can't see these going down well with all the Wehraboos etc. different sort of playerbase I reckon on Eu server than asian one.

Look interesting. But i hope we never see them in normal games. If they are restricted to some sort of mode ( like Carl mode) thats fine.

WG got a lot of crap on the forum for dragging those there for some reason. And thus added the option to turn it off so you won't see them. iirc the tier 5 one will just appear as a normal Kongo. As those ships as skin based. Here they are not, and it's kinda more complicated to force a separate MM for those that don't want to see it at all I suspect.

A better idea would be for those haters to man up a bit. Anime are essentially the same as Cartoons (in fact, Anime itself is short for the Japanese word for Animation).

1. No they are not the same as cartoons. Anime is like a weird fetish, no different from Bronies IMO. 

 

2. Cartoons have no place in a tank that generally attempts to recreate historically correct visuals models and pretty much markets the fact you are able to play WW2 and post war tanks.

 

I'd be just as unhappy ifWG tried to introduce a Simpsons themed tank.

Anime is short for animēshon, which is the Japanese word for Animation, Cartoons are a form of animation, which basically means, and yes you can deny it as much as you like, that Anime and Cartoons are exactly the same thing. So calling one a weird fetish means you're calling both a weird fetish.

Who would want a cartoon tank in the game? Not only do those tanks lack any historical background but their design doesn't fit the aesthetic of the game. Why would anyone want those vehicles in the game?
