How you all guys know I am another World of tanks player , I am not pro but also I am not that bad at this game . As many of YOU I study , work & earn my money through my job & side work whenever I can . 

When I get some more to spend on myself I buy some stuff in a game which I like . One like this ''WORLD OF TANKS'' . I play it for 3 years for now & I liked it. But last few weeks I am just getting on end with my nerves . Every couple of battles my game blocks & loads stats & vehicles until I reset it & enter again which takes me few minutes 1. to figure out it wont start & then to restart it . That takes time which I can't waist as a student who works to survieve every second of my day is planed out .

 

Now to the main reason why I got to this edge of madness

 AS you all know in this community wot EU1 & EU2 had 4-5 crashes in few days from 18:00-22:00CET , that's the time I am eable to play (for the before named reasons) . At this point I entered & bought a 200% xp crew boost 2h & 100% xp tank boost for 2h . Now I enter Q to a match with my platon & it stays like that , I cant leave & reset Q it just stays like that after 40 minutes server crashes & I login after 2h 15min . I lost that gold I bought , now I buy it again (like a moron) server does the same thing . At this phase of gaming I am just DISAPOINTED . That happens to me 3 days in a row , which means I couldn't play for whole 3 days of premium + I lost 12 Personal reserves 6 tank xp for 2h & 6 crew xp for 2h ...

1 day of premium = 250 Gold

+100 tank xp per battle for 2 Hours = 220 Gold

+200 crew xp per battle for 2 Hours = 90 Gold

 

All together its 2610 Gold

4 days of premium 750 Gold

6x+100 tank xp per battle for 2 Hours = 1320 Gold

6x+200 crew xp per battle for 2 Hours = 540 Gold

 

That's why I made a ticket & I told them :'' I lost more then 1400 GOLD because of server crashing''  & they sent me a tamplate .....

So the responce made me do this:

I contacted a friend of my who's a lawyer & he advice me to sue them . In the eye of the law WARGAMING stole money from me 77.12 HRK or 10.44€ which is not a lot but still its stealing...but that's not all , their supports behavior made a deep scar in my mental stability in game.

 

My lawyers words : '' For this things we have the law , they are bound to fulfill the terms they set when you logged in the game . In this case they don't do that & that's against the law . ''

 

Here are the screens which show the ticket , the response , the const of that gold & if you have any kind of opinion on this , set it in comment & chose your advice on the pool .

Your lawyer

For this things we have the law , they are bound to fulfill the terms they set when you logged in the game . In this case they don't do that & that's against the law.

 

Have you showed your lawyer EULA that you accepted? He can't do squat until he reads it and finds out any break of contract.

He did & here he applies on the Criminal law which is not being affected by the ''EULA''

Tnx, but I dont need any gold,  its about the principe.  They can't just take something what we paid for...

You should sue but first set up a blog or something so you can keep us updated when WG delete your WoT account.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the answer that customer support gave you, sometimes things are unfortunately missed or misunderstood.

 

What I would suggest is that you simply reopen your support ticket, explain the situation clearly and ask them to have another look. They should be able to restore any missing gold for you without you having to consult your lawyer.

Last week Mr Conway you promised us some refunded premium time as you agreed the server issues were your fault. Still waiting

Please sue them. I lost like 1 000 000 credits and 30k free experience because I bought the M4A3E2 and modules for it just before I got kicked out of the server when the server was already down. When I came back after the crash guess what? I didn't have what I had bought but credits and free experience was gone. I also had 3x boosters of 200% extra of each booster type and I lost my very rare premium time to the crash.

 

They didn't even answer my ticket.

I opened ticket where I complained that I lost gold bought item (2hr 100% xp booster) when server crashed. I just bought and activated it and when I entered in the first match queue the server got stuck. After they resetted the server, that booster were gone (along with two other boosters) even though there should have been like 1hr15min left.

 

I got blanket answer from support and they closed the ticket as resolved:

 

"We are sorry fot the issues you have experienced. We would like to inform you that due to an unforeseen technical issue, the servers of World of Tanks were temporarily unavailable.

Sadly, it is not in our power to decide whether there would be any compensations or not. This is why we cannot promise you, nor we can grant you anything in this case. As much as we'd love to help, your request is beyond what we're able to do for customers. In such cases our hands are tied, so please, try to understand us.

If there would be any compensation, it would be granted for all affected players globally and it would be announced on our website."

It would be really nice if support would read the tickets instead of just copy/pasting and closing them instantly. Sure it looks nicer on their helpdesk statistics. Good resolution times and all. But I doubt this effects positively on customer satisfaction.

 

I re-opened the ticket saying that really doesn't answer my question and how can all affected players globally be compensated of my item that I bought with real money (effectively) and lost. 

 

It took them two days to provide this blanket answer and close my ticket. Ticket opened when issue occurred 28.4. Ticket closed 1.5. and re-opened same day. Now it's 9.5. and nothing...

 

So to the OP, you are not alone.
