Sorry to hear that you also left The Dingers MyPinkTanks. I play with arthritis in my hands and struggle to hold the mouse, so I have some idea how you must feel. Have a break and come back when you feel better, I'm sure the clan will welcome you back with open arms. Sorry I didn't get to 'toon with you but things have been hectic at home lately. Hang in there and I will see you on the battlefield!

I had frozen shoulder for a while, ruddy awful.

Had to rearrange things so I could sit higher at my computer desk and operate the mouse without moving my shoulder too much.

for your sholder you could try a trackball mouse, dont have to move you shoulder much with it, and is great for gaming if you ask me. There are alot to choose from on amazon uk/de. But hte best to gamer are:

WayneableWell after reading about trackball above thw wireless one seems to be a better choice as I can play it on my legs without raising my arm.

Anyway I watched this video and have done the exercise again this morning 02.41hrs, and at the moment it seems to be working it has now shifted to the top part of my arm above the elbow

Where as this video has improved the situation it has'nt gone completly but it really is bearable to play, I have an Asian/Pakistan not sure which neighbour, I am going to ask him if he can give me some manipulation, but hey the video has played a great part in it.

Wow I have been doing this video exercise from last night and i can honestly say that it's working, nearly all morning no pain, just one of the excercises I can't do and that is standing up and put both hands behind my back and pull and stretch, so I am back gaming and it's alot less painfull
