Impatience is the most common bad habit among LT commanders.
Slow aim, you are simply to far away from your targets.
Go closer and fight!
Fighting other LT? Only if forced to.
Ramming (26 tones) is a viable option in such situations.
Once the ramming happend the turret is your second defence line and makes a very good impression on me.
100mm turret frontal allows you to keep face hugging other LT and make them bounce.
I had 2x encounters with T71 and they did not pen my turret.
In such case keep in touch with your opponent, it will make it imposible for them to hit your front plate or top deck.
View range is as expected at the lower end of LT7.
Camo is good, but it seems less than what it says in the vehicle stats.

I suspect errors in values or vehicle properties.
Agility is as expected, but feels like a rubber baaaaaand when you come from a zippy MT-25.
Here the LT commander must adjust his playstyle.
Gun, oops I just noticed my first 10 matches were without using a rammer or v-stab. (the impatince statement still applies)

assisted: 1.2k+
spotted: 4.4
I am a bit torn now.
- vents, optics, ?
- optics, rammer, v-stab?
The dmg dealer tells me go for optics, rammer, v-stab, since my crew has BIA, camo, smoth ride, snap shot, ..., food.
I will be going vents, optics, v-stab and see how that works out, since I like to have view range maxed.
