A product usually remains static or changes slowly, whereas a service can quickly change to meet customer needs. A product is generally an asset, and something you can re-sell and return as well (ebay apart)

Ok, you believe what Google told you if it matters so much.

Before you draw your final conclusion, you might want to read the World of Tanks EULA, which refers to the "Terms of Service" that you signed to play the game.

You might want to also refer to the EULA and how they refer to their "service" and the intellectual rights.

7.1 The Service, including the software is owned and operated by Wargaming and its third party suppliers and licensors

Fortunately if you don't like the game service they allow for that contingency as well.

4.1 If you are dissatisfied with the terms of the EULA, then you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

"Service" is used 37 times in the EULA and product isn't used at all.

Edit: Doesn't really matter, you go with what you like.

It won't be. It'll be bounced occasionally by someone hoping to re-ignite the flames of righteous indignation at WG for wanting to run a business, failing to balance properly, not removing arty or whatever else is flavour of the moment and most people will ignore it as one of those threads that goes nowhere.

Whenever my pitchfork business is a bit slow I'll stick something vaguely controversial in here. Maybe I'll compare Arta to something new and original as that seems to be a fairly solid gig.

I can call you just before I do it so you can warn all your guys and sort out who is on which side if you want? I feel like Dingers are picked for forum arguments in the same manner that we used to pick teams for football during school lunchtimes.

Please don't use the word "fat", it's one of my triggers.

Huh. Seems that the Dingers are the only clan(s) which allow their members to express themselves however they wish. I didn't expect that but it does make a lot of sense now that you confirm it.

We have a closely-guarded -MM Official Opinions Control Document which tells us exactly what to think. The only time I ever break away is if I get to cheap-shot another -MM scrub.
