this specific tournament got cancelled, so nothing happens next but

in case this happening normally, you need to check left column for ranking. You can see all teams have rank 1. Means all 3 teams will go through to the next stage.

that a very interesting question, we have to ask which mod, we need to know what mod does etc. This question cannot be answered with yes or no

Depends, usually if you have a full 3v3 team and you don't confirm then you will play. But for 1v1 you MUST confirm otherwise you get rejected.
