Few questions I hope someone can answer.
A light tank sat in thick bush, full camo trained & equipped can remain invisible to tanks until they get close enough to smell. But I thought a light tank could fire whilst hidden without it effecting it's visibility. Is this still the case or if not, how much does it increase it's visibility?

If my memory serves me right, a fallen tree has the same Camouflage as a bush. Is this still the case? Because I've been getting spotted by heavy tanks at greater distances whilst idle behind fallen tree's. Where as if I move to a nearby bush, I don't.

Not really played light tanks so never really experienced this until recently when I took the plunge to complete missions for lights.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you still have checkpoints that are visible to enemy? Specially from fallen trees...

I play a lot of light tanks, and use a handy acronym.

Camouflage net

Hide in bush

Equipment choice

Avoid moving

Tank camo rating

Elevation

Range

enjoy, you can see the camo vlues with all the skills/equipments on all tanks, also how it changes after shooting, so you get an idea how much you lose.

an advice, if you can see thru a bush , then youll lose his cover if you shoot, just back a little bit till the bush become "solid" then shoot, like this you keep the camo.

Light tanks still lose camo value when firing & always have.  They don't lose their camo value when moving.

All these battles and he still doesn't know the game mechanics.

Guess that's whaty happens when you dont know how to not camp or play without aim bots.

Next banwave coming soon™ though

Not sure what the problem here is... He shouldn't play because he doesn't have full knowledge of the game mechanics? Just genius...

Did I mention anything about his knowledge or anything? You're one of the few new ones that have no clue about his behaviour / cheating extravaganzas. Just genius...

Aaaaaanyways, not all bushes have the same camo rating. I've seen an archive of all map bushes somewhere with different values, some give a 50% increase in camo, some 33%, some 25%. Can't remember the site.

Since he has (we assume) currently put his aimbot away there have been a constant flow of questions about 'what to do' from VsUK because he suddenly discovered he needs to know how the game works. When he stops asking questions is when we have to worry again.

You're in the presence of a classic hypocrite.

OP wanted people banned for cheating while providing a replay where an arty "shot him through a house". Amusingly, said replay was a showcase of the OP playing with an aimbot. Hilarious and sad, all in the same ignorant package.

Don't forget a recent thread where he complained about teamkilling where he posted multiple replays where he did the most team-damage (though he did it after they turned blue) despite consistently failing to pen the side of allied type heavy.

Most entertaining was the fact that his first replay in that thread (since removed, but re-uploaded by a fellow forumite:  http://wotreplays.eu...turion_action_x) showed that he was still using an aim-bot.

http://wotreplays.eu...loaded_at.desc/ also shows that he is still posting replays claiming cheats being used by others  (note the T69 game at the bottom, the original cause of the community's ire that you mentioned, where he did exactly the same before, lied about it, posted as "his wife" backing himself up...)

He was banned after that thread (non automatic) and after badgering support following the recent thread, it was revealed amongst the boilerplate that he has been banned by the automatic system before.

They refused to ban him again outright, but according to the various blogs, there is another ban-wave approaching.

Let's just say, I'm going to be disappointed  (and beginning another set of discourse with support) of his account remains unlocked once it hits.

Edit see http://forum.worldof...-teams/#topmost for round #2 of the drama

Anyone have the link to the original?

This has never been the case.
