It looks like some things and areas are borrowed from WoT or is just my imagination running wild?

İts a ww2 tank-mobile warfare game,so it must to be similar.İts normal.

Absolutely not. If anything, it's inspired by Men of War...

I think it is inspired by WW2....   :sceptic:

 

Or BK2, or even BK1. Maybe BK 1 was inspired by "Sudden Strike"(released in 2000), which was inspired by the "Red Alert" series (released in 1996). And we all know that Red Alert was based on the Command & Conquer series (1st episode in 1995) which definately was inspired by "Dune 2" which was a sequel to "Dune" (going back to 1992...I remember getting this game for my 20th birthday).

 

 

 

FWIW I think WoT is inspired by Blizkrieg. Tanks with hitpoints, ramdomized aiming, penetration and damage etc.

It has tanks. And maps... and stuff...

Panzer General, Steel Panthers

and "Warlords" 1  were my first steps into that genre. :)
