I don't like this new layout. It's overloaded + too many elements/widgets what differs in size and so it becomes confusing.

Unfortunately the portal is working, and the page looks like something my cat would vomit up, I look and look but can't quite make out what it was supposed to be. And so with the new layout, a chaos of random facts thrown all over the place with the only priority seeming to be that they all line up in rows and columns, in terms of clarity it's about as clear as the new in-game missions page, so equalling an already low standard by WG.

I have no opinion on the portal. But I do feel, quite strongly, that the game is more p2w than ever, and that ranked battles is crap.

This is what I told them:

 

Hello,

- This site is too overloaded. The layout doesn't look smooth, the content widgets are not arranged well, due to the fact that they all differ in size.

 

- Next thing I don't like is this eye-catching animated premium shop widget. I understand that you want give it some importance, but pls don't try to increase the clickrates with such animated images.

 

- The intro video is also not a good idea, since it is a shaking/moving video what just deterred me. This site is for exisiting users and not a landingpage what aims for conversation rates.

 

- The "Important" stickers should be used for important news, but not for premium shop offers all day long. Maybe you can introduce a premium shop sticker, so you dont have to use the red colored important sticker everytime.

 

- The big news widgets what currently show the newest information could be used for the news what are classified as important. On the right hand it would be more handy to have the last news in a list sorted by publish date.

 

- I like the timers in the special offers area, but they should be sorted by the remaining time.
