Had 2 days off work , girlfriend visiting her mum and nothings broken or needs taxing/ cleaning etc so thought I'd do an old school ( for me) full wot day .  Decided to start going through my garage and playing every tank on both my accounts and played some that haven't been touched for donkeys:

T28...Still kind of works if you are lucky with the map , fast reload , decent pen , faster now after the patch .

Ik103 ...decided to try the top gun . Not bad at all . Better accuracy ,

At15 ...I forgot how good it can be if the opposition is useless

Jpanther2.... Still got it . a forgotten gem although casemate stuff is supposed to be rubbish I know.

Jagdtiger.... Gave up on it as I was pants in it   but again it can do really well if top tier or the tier x are hopeless. Enjoyed playing this .

T28E with F30... Used to like it , played it again and its dull. No depression except on my face.

Su122-54. Err, its horrid but looks awesome.

and finally M36 Jackson. Not touched it for months but instantly fell back in love with it .

Still working through now , having a tea break but I thoroughly recommend re-aquainting yourself with some of your forgotten dust gatherers. They might surprise you :)

Edit..I knew this was a mistake...too darned positve by half.

So what you're saying is you a golden opportunity to Edited  without concerns of inconvenient interruptions and all you did was play tanks? Unbelievable....

It's fun to give dust gathering tanks a new go.

One of the more surprising ones for me was Ferdinand: I hard ground the top gun on it and learned to hate turretless td's in the process. Maybe played 2-3 games with top gun and gave up.

In time I was 5x'ing my tanks and just thought I'd suffer one win in tgis, too. It turned put brilliant and I've actually been playing it quite a bit since. The top gun really makes that tank and the new mm favors td's to some extent.

The most sexy TD in the game but the narrow gun arm completely kills it for me.

It is fun though when a medium tries to circle you and you just keep up with it turning :D

I'd rather not. I played below tier 5 a while back and it was horrific. But while YOURE at it, play the  tier 2 pz Kpfw 2 ausf D, its my contention that it's the worst tank in the game. As I remember the gun almost never pens, so you fire gold to give yourself a chance of a shot going through and it costs you 20k AT TIER 2!!. I refuse to play that little sh*t under any circumstances.

Good point, although I could counter by saying I have a girlfriend which is evidently already a step up from most WOT players ;)

Shame she's got a puncture at the moment :(

Same gun on the JP2 and yes, makes all the difference . When you have BIA and food that thing surprises a lot of opponents. Unlike the Ferdi though , the JP2 is still reasonably mobile and hull down it can bounce a few shots as people don't take into consideration the mantlet angle .

12 seconds... 5 extra to turn your tank off the limited 2 dgree arc and wait for the bloom to shrink again . Gives you time to admire all the lovely boxes and crates on your chassis though  ;)

111 tanks in my garage so there are a few which get overlooked but I do try and give one or two of the 'forgotten ones' a wee drive out each night. Always hard to make yourself buy a tank back after you've sold it in the past so I try and keep a hold of most tanks that I had some fun in.
