Just a quick question here, some of the premiums with BIA aren't overtly expensive, and as time is the most valuable resource of all I am curious about what happens if you purchase a tank you already have that comes with a BIA skilled crew?

For example the Cromwell B or Tiger 131, I know they shaft you by giving silver instead of gold on here, but do you still get the crew that is in the bundle?

If so, are there any special steps you need to take like removing the crew from the one already in your garage, selling the tank first or whatever

And as its a premium, if you have perma cammo and you have to sell it first, when the new one appears will that automatically have the perma cammo restored or would you then need to buy it again for the same tank?

I believe so.  When the Berlin quartet came out some people were stating that they bought several of the same tank, say the Cromwell B, just so they could garage/retrain the crew.

Also, does the 131 actually get a 100% zero first crew like the Berlin tanks?

From the QB review he reckons it does, but WG being WG the details they give are as per substandard in detail and depth

You get the price of tank in GOLD (3900 for tiger131), the crew and a garage slot

I have bought 3 crome B

Its gold now? I figured that would "silently" be removed again like they did with giving you 50% discount if you bought a skinned and plain version of the same tank tbh WG being WG and all lol

Theres been a couple of skinned tanks that came out where I already had the standard or vice versa where I wanted to duplicate as I like them as I did with the mutz/Schwartz, but when I went to buy them the 50% discount isn't there any more so I didn't bother as I am not paying full price twice for the same tank where one is just skinned with no other benefit

In that case then  I may treat myself to a top bundle and a couple of the base bundles cheers

Its wasn't whether it had the perk that was in question, it was whether it was a zero skill variant or just a standard skill variant.

With a standard earning your second skill takes the same XP as a second skill on any normal tank, but with the zero skill variants your second skill takes the same XP as a 1st skill normally does, 3rd skill takes the same XP as a second one normally does and so on. So by the time you get to 4 skills and above you are saving HUGE amounts of time training your crews to the same number as skills as it would take on any other tank

Just pulled the trigger and now have 2 extra slots, gold refunds for the tiger and PZ 740, 45 x5 boosts and the other boosts plus of course 2 BIA crews

Awesome, I might get a couple of the standard bundles too being honest

But with 45 of the x5 boosts I should get both crews to 3 skills at least I reckon

EDIT: FYI, you get till October 1st to complete the x5 boosts, so even for a useless noob like me I should manage that lol

Silver is only for tanks you get via codes, to prevent abuse ofc after that tank fest episode a few years ago. And for tanks you get via missions etc.  Not for tanks you buy with real money.

Some might say that's "bad", but personally I prefer to call it being more efficient as I can cram far more battles into an hour when I die quicker too lol :)

Always look on the bright side....

I just did the maths on this, and if you already have the 131 and the B2 you get 10650 gold including the 5,500 in the bundle which would cost just over £30 by itself, plus two garage slots (600 gold), a BIA crew, 30 extra x5 boosts, 30 days premium (almost £9) and 20 200% boosts for the extra £6

So what a bargain

So if someone has the cash the supreme bundle is actually MUCH better value than just buying extra basic bundles as the gold alone means its much better value ignoring all the other stuff, but even just the gold cost for the garages and premium time is nearly the same price as the entire cost of the basic bundle

That is the sum I did as well. I already had the B2 but got the ultimate bundle for the outright value and also bought another standard 131 for the second crew I wanted. I'm not even too bothered about the 131 anyway, but found the identical Heavy tank VI was far better than people were saying so I hope I can still have some fun with it. I may not play it this weekend though and wait til the fuss dies down.

I decided to get two supremes and an ultimate and may add another one or two standards

This gave me 60 days premium, over 30k god in total (I already had just over 8k) three BIA crews, 75 x5 crew boosts, 20 300% crew XP boosts, 10 x200% crew XP boosts and 4 extra garage slots

All in all a decent bundle of goodies and a good kick start to my german lines alongside the couple of decent crews I already have that will now be relegated to lines I hate like the light, TD and arty ones to make room for the new ones

I've seen 131 up close IRL a few times and I am stoked that that have accurately modelled the damage on the real life tank.

I unlocked Pz VII a few weeks ago and intend to buy it soon.  The crew from Tiger 131 will be good for this, since Pz VII has one loader (phew).

I tried a few searches but nothing came up

In fact I just went and typed buying premium tank twice (four words from that specific title) and it still returned no threads

If you buy a tank from the premium shop which you already have then you get gold.

It's only mission rewards and codes which give credits instead.

As for the crew, yes you get the crew, it will go in your barracks even if you don't have any bunks left.  There is no magic handshake you need to perform.
