Download pingplotter

Point it at login.p1.worldoftanks.eu or login.p2.worldoftanks.eu

Leave it running while you play.  Note if you have any lag.

Save the trace as an image and attach it to the forum.

I doubt thats the reason you lost the game... :child:

Anyway.

Step 1: Install ping blotter and run a trace at the address mentioned by Homer

Step 2: Ask us to inspect the trace for you

Step 3: Listen as I tell you now that it is a problem with your internet connection or your ISP and absolutely nothing to do with the WoT servers.

Without the pingplotter results I'll just go and take a guess at the cause:

You're on WiFi, and there's too much interference on the same channel (smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, wireless headsets, etc. etc. etc.).

So most likely, you'll need to fix your own stuff.

Feel free to prove my wrong by uploading that pingplotter result.

Also forgot to add.

Ignore all the "metoos" who can't be bothered to look into their own problem.

The advice from previous posters is excellent, yes Homer I do mean you, but...

Have you tried turning your router off then back on?

same for me, I thought it was at my end. Plugged the laptop straight into the router and didt make the difference. pings were all over the place.

Switched to EU1 and 30-40ms as usual stable

Pretty much this.

I play on wifi and my ping is between 100 and 300 ms. If some other stuff is working it will freeze causing lag spikes.

Earlier it was worse, but here there is just wifi available, so I manage to find what could interfere with WoT and it is better. :honoring:
