I believe it depends on when XVM updates their end and also the stat site updating their end.  What stat site do you tend to use?  Also, what are your thoughts on that tank?

Personally I think it's Edited

I use Noobmeter and Wot Life.

I had two battles in the 131, the first one was with me in top tier and we won easily, I did 2k damage without even noticing it until after the end, but the result seemed a bit fishy to me, too one-sided. Bounced a lot of shells, more than I expected to bounce. The second battle was me in bottom tier and the enemy team got annihilated before I could really do anything, took just one shot. What disappoints me is that I cannot put on my country's flag.

Is this a case of them making a 'balanced' premium rather than an OP one, ala Obj252?  Or is it just pants compared to its peers?

I tend to use a mix of noobmeter, wot life and wotzilla.  I do feel the first game in any tank I play is amazing, I believe the MM does ensure you are top tier in the first game in any tank, is this true?  Play a bunch more games then write a review, it is interesting to see, what seems on paper at least, to be a more reasonably balanced tank for its tier being introduced.  I could be wrong here, of course.

True. But it can be anti-amazing despite that. I still shudder to recall my first game in STA-2. Top tier and looked like the only human player on the team. Did about 3k damage before the enemy pecked me to death from all sides. And the next 20 games or so were hardly more fun. Felt cursed. I am literally scared of getting new tanks nowadays because of this. But the 131 looked so sexy...

It's not about being OP it's about being or having at least one thing that's good about it, it's slow, literally paper armor and the gun isn't that good either. For a "heavy" I have no problem penning it frontally in any tier 6 med I have with standard ammo and frankly it's just boring to play but hey it was cheapish and it's nice to have in the garage but as a playable tank nah I'll play till I get mastery and then it will collect dust.
