When the game first started there was to be a single player mode but as soon as money started rolling in it was soon forgotten.

A simple solution. Stop playing WoT at work and ruining the game for other people.

Where did you hear that rumor? I've not seen any statements regarding that topic recently.

Found in Armoured Patrol

Quote;''Boot Camp

  • Added a new functionality for newcomers and those players who want to improve their game skill. The Boot Camp will replace the current Battle Training. The tutorial in the Boot Camp will explain the basic elements of World of Tanks: driving, victory conditions, finding vulnerable spots in enemy armor, explanation of the View Range and visibility systems, purchase of vehicles and improving their technical characteristics, crew management, equipment, and consumables. The mode will be available when entering the game for the first time; for the rest of the players: the mode will be available in the “Esc” menu.
  • Changed the mechanics of armour penetration indicator.''

I want solo training rooms. Allowing only two or more is discriminating against solo pubbies and thus hate speech.

Get a 2nd device, doesn't have to be high spec, and a 2nd account, then you can create a training room for your own pleasure.

Of course, not everyone is going to be able to afford such a luxury, but if you can get hold of another device (cheap laptop for instance) that is a possible answer.

WG should indeed make training available for a single player on any map. Get to explore the maps to EXPAND your map knowledge and increase your willingness to drive somewhere different next time you battle. Variation. Excitement.

Besides the new training mode, I've not heard anything.  Even the current tutorial has a low limit on how many can use it at any given time. As having one room pr player is not ideal for the server if it becomes to many of them. So from my understanding of the new training stuff. It's not on any map you want. It's pre setup like the current one is. And I suspect the new "boot camp" will have a max player limit to, so it won't "blow" the server on the first day

Tho console has a similar one, and you can bring any tank you want into it. Idk if they will do the same here.

Console has other single player modes you can take any tank into, tho not on any map. But they have the server room to do so for more then PC can. I mean you see how it is each Xmas when there are 100K on each one. Imagine how the server would be if we had 10K of those doing solo rooms on top of that with 100K.

WG seems to treat them differently in different games.

On Blitz you can go soles, but on Console you're even required to have premium account to create one ( and have another player)
