Hello.

Posting for one reason.

Need some help, or opinions, on a thing. Serious stuff.

Keep in mind that this is my own personal opinion. You're free to judge, but I'm free to ignore you.

I don't feel like playing any non-premium tanks lately.

From tier 6 to 10, all are crap, with some exceptions.

Now, my question is...

Should I sell all my non-premium tanks?

For example, at least half my tier 10, I don't like anymore... since the 9.18 I've had only bad matches, with a few throws, here and there...

The only satisfaction I get now is from the premium ones... besides the fact that they make money, they have a different air about them.

Personally, I don't really like collecting tanks... I once did a mistake to sell all my IX (loved most of them, especially T95), only to buy tier 10. One of the reason was for clan business.

In understand selling tier 10 tanks would be a mistake, or would come with a loss... but the fact that they don't bring joy to me anymore... dunno... same goes for Tiger II and IS-3... I don't feel like doing them anymore... even tho I got 2 marks on both...

I'd rather play Locust, Churchill 3 and T71...

Help a bro' here... what do you suggest I do?

P.S.: Don't suggest to take a break, because I did... after 1 hour of playing, each time I come back, I lose my interest...

The thing is, it depends on why you play. I have a huge variety of vehicles in the garage, including some that I am not so good with. I've kept a few because of their unique attributes (KV-2 for example) and their usefulness for specific missions (KV-2 again)

I don't see the point in selling them just for the sake of it. If you've reached that stage, either store them (XVM reserve for example) or just don't play them.

I rarely sell tanks, which explains why I have 244 tanks in my garage

If you don't like anyone of them. Nor will ever play them. Why keep them? If you only find fun playing premium tanks, and a handful of non premium tanks. Then go for it. If that is your idea of fun that is. As most only have tanks they find fun. And keep going back to. I only sell a tank I hated when I did grind it. For some reason I still keep the others around, even if I've not played it for ages. But that's because I have 22 free garage slots. So why sell them? And it's nice to have the diverse option for missions or other events etc.

What ever floats your boat as they say.

Never sell any tank, you never know what comes next.

It is often said don't sell your tanks, you never know which one might get buffed (possibly) or nerfed to oblivion (more bloody likely...). On the pragmatic side, it depends if you need the silver and/or garage slots for something else. Selling higher tiers is a bad idea from this perspective, as you will lose more, especially if you later want the tank back (bought ST-1, sold ST-1, bought ST-1 again only to sell it once more...)

Try to figure out which ones suit your play style. For me, that means mostly Soviet tanks, with an occasional US tank, and very very few German tanks.

If you don't need credits, keep them and filter them out in the garage, so they are out of sight.

Any answer other than this answer is the wrong answer.

Personally I find tier 10 boring as all hell, too much BS armour and camping going on nowadays.

I generally play T8/T9 tanks and quite enjoy them.

I would not sell T8+ tanks unless you need the money or the garage slot for something.

Well, if we are going to get down and dirty with details :P Keep 7your tiers III, IV, and V. You never know when you'll have the urge to club seals.

I have a Panzer V/IV which is generally as low as I'll go. :teethhappy:

That being said, I am known to occasionally take out my Panzer IIJ for a spin but nowadays you get matched against players that already have X000 amount of battles so it's not really sealclubbing anymore. There are hardly any beginners.

Personally, I see no point in playing standard tanks.

There's too much instability right now, concerning the various changes WG has implemented. Makes it too difficult to keep up with the changes. The last straw was that pertaining the Light Vehicles.

Premium tanks are different in the sense that, if they make changes for the worse, you can do something about it and since WG prefers no changes to those, worst that can happen is your tank getting a buff.

But the problem is that there's no way to keep grinding since those are off the tree. Then again, if you're playing a tank line which will be removed or changed, might be a very poor investment. Reason why I stopped grinding SPGs and Japanese Heavies.

Well, it's not like I need credits or something, those can be easily made if you have enough patience and a tier 8 prem tank...   ~(˘▾˘~)

Ohh, and on that note - about keeping them, you might not know what will happen?

Yeah, that's what I did with Maus... and now they nerf it... [9.20 apparently (might not be official yet though)] Seems like such a waste...  ( ب_ب )

Lately, I've been playing tier 5-7, and 3. Rarely some 8 or even higher. Seems ok at lower tiers. Even though you find more people with wn8 shells. >.>`

I really want to buy back my tier 9 ones - like T95 or VK.B. I had a lot of fun playing those, especially T95. [and I saw T95 got buffed] (─‿‿─)

I don't mind more comments. I like and I appreciate your comments. Thank you for your opinions! (^▽^)
