Does anyone know whether wg will release it or not? If the answer is yes, when would it be released?

I'm very interested in this mode, cause there would be huge maps, nice achievements, and also it would be very funny to play with your friends/ clanmates.

I' m really looking forward to it.

I doubt it you will see something like that this year.

I mean we had the total failure of ranked battles only a month ago. I guess one failed "new mode" is enough per year.

Why do you think frontline would be a "failed new mode"?

Literally everything WG does is a fail. Can't remember the last time WG made a good decision that they didn't mess up just a while later

Oh. So you're saying their products are unpopular? How do you justify that?

They landed one lucky punch with their game. However after this they mismanaged their game into oblivion. However due to the lack of competition as well as being somewhat unique it still became successfull.

Never make the mistake to think Wargaming is doing a good job just because there are still plently of players left playing.

I too was looking forward for this game mode. Got my first Tier X vehicle combat ready and have no battles in it. I should git gud first anyway, RB was a true menace from the comments I saw.

Nevertheless, the only thing wrong in this game is the Attack/Defense system. It should be more of a ticket based system, like BF2/3/4 etc.

The original thread is now a meme center... which pretty much justifies what Wunde said.

No thanks, I would prefer not to be locked into play Type 5 / Maus in a 30v30 mode.

The increased map sizes actually meant leopards and the like had more of a role. Frontline and HD STB-1 are the only things I still have any goodwill in this game atm.

This game is about random battles. Sure frontline and ranked battles are (maybe) a good additional mode, but i hope WG will keep random battles always priority number one. At this moment i feel like they are testing so many new things while 99% of the players would just like to see some new maps and a additional tech tree.

Pretty much this.

WoT simply has no competition. WTGF is different enough to not qualify as direct competition and AW was a bad clone repeating all the mistakes without offering any improvements.

I enjoyed playing the first iteration of frontline on Normandy map and hope it's gonna make it to the live server soon

This, would not surprise if they announce " we've listened to your feedback and tweaked" :

- maps were too big, now it will be 30  v 30 from opposing trenches , hence the name "frontline", the trenches will be 100m apart to allow for the recent accuracy nerf  - roll out ( dammit we need a new catchphrase)

I'm looking forward the 30 vs 30 maps. I don't understand why cry some people. There will be a 15 vs 15 and a 30 vs 30 random battle. Who like the 30 vs 30 battle play with it, and who prefer the 15 vs 15 battle play with that. And evrey body will pleased.

If you dont like a game mod dont play with that, but let the others to play with that.

30 vs 30 sucks. No need to explain why.
