Garlic. For when WG brings out its new range of premium vampire tanks. These operate by sucking out your hp with their "gun fangs". Garlic will reduce the rate of health drain by 50%.

Depends on your style I guess. I use mine as a bully light now after the MM changes. So I can work with the aim time on long distance or close up as I use the 90mm. So I took a rammer. As the faster it's up the better when I circle wide around the target. Then again a Vert stab might be equally useful if you shoot on the move at even medium distances with either gun, vs going shotgun like I do.

I had set up mine as a spotter with binocs, optics and camo. But that is an unusual setup nowadays.

Most unicums drive it with:

  • Medium-Caliber Tank Gun Rammer
  • Improved Ventilation Class 1
  • Enhanced Gun Laying Drive

I went with vents, rammer and bino/coated optics. I was never sure if optics are better than bino as I was frequently changing from active to pasive scouting, but rammer and vents for sure.

I still use mine as a scout, especially on open maps, so optics and binos to maximize view range under all circumstances and then rammer for the 90mm gun.   my crew has 100% camo, commander 6th sense (I forget the second skill of the other crew member), I run perm camo paint for all three map types.

I don't have camo on mine, as I hardly get spotted as long as I don't fire. And with the 90mm... you will get spotted most times anyway unless you are behind 2 bushes. I went with optics on mine to, as I like to spot my own targets. But did feel the rammer, vent combo works best for me with it. As I either stand still when I'm not spotted in a support role. Or go into the bully mode and take shots at shotgun range anyway. I hardly active spot in it anymore tbh. They need to buff the mobility a tad for me to start with that again.

Conservation grease. Apply it generously on "mothballed" ELC.  At least I did this after WG nerf... err ... euthanized it. :(

Nah....I use Vents, Binocs and Coated Optics.  Using a rammer only saves you 1 second on reload.  If you use Coffee it may save you 1.5 seconds. But since the nerf you play the tank as a passive spotter first then active in the end.

Storage grease is correct answer, the tank that was once most fun thing to drive is now one sad P.O.S.

Vents is mandatory on all my tanks because improve all things

V.Stab because almost every time when i shoot with ELC im moving...

and binos for passive spot.

I run it with the same setup. I also run it with the small gun. I  tinkered with quite a few setups for it and this works for me the best.

Rammer, stabs, and optics here. Nice and flexible loadout that.
