Strv s1 vs Lowe which which tank makes more credit at the same time easier to play against tier 9 and 10?

They are both top credit earners, but the STRV makes a tiny bit more, but that is a tiny bit

if you look at pen. it would be without doubt easier to score pen. hits with S1 s 288/330 penetration while the löwe is at 234/294

dpm are 2260  vs 1600 for S1

camo and speed are better forthe S1

still the main question would be : can you handle a tank with siege mode? can you make its playstyle work

you might take a look at the statistical approach too

gross income : http://www.vbaddict....reditsb&server=

net income : http://www.vbaddict....itsn&server=

for the net income you can see there is hardly a difference in income (13 crds per game doesnt matter much right ?)

you havent driven german heavies before and arent doing really well with your owned/played heavies, while you do a bit better with tds

still the swedish are a bit special at least the T8 and higher ones

The only thing I will say though is that the S1 (and all Swedish TDs) can be incredibly boring to play.

If you have a lowe on ensk, Abby, pilsen, paris etc then you are golden

Having a S1 in those maps means there are 1 or 2 spots you can go to and if nobody goes there you are doing nothing all game

On maps like Malinovka, west field etc the S1 will do better, but you are still redline camping the whole game

The S1 will do better vs tier 10s because of its better pen, but again you are redline camping

In short

The Lowe will probably be more consistent and more fun, especially if you are top tier

The S1 will probably be better, but so boring / frustrating to play

While the S1 earns a bit more in theory it is often more difficult putting that theory into practice, so I would go with the Lowe.

Hmmm.. dont get why the 105mm on S1 costs like 1.1k credits per shot. but rasha 122mm costs 1.2k a shell. logic...

Lowe's 105 shell is 1k. Probably to balance out credit earnings....but the M4 Rev has 390 alpha at 500 credits..

The S1 is situational, whereas the Lowe works almost everywhere. Jacks of all trades tend to be better credit earners on average, but specialist tanks can, on occasion, really shine. The problem is that for every really good game you get three bad ones.

STRV may make a tiny bit more, But there are less maps and situations it can actually put in a decent amount of damage. Lowe is much more reliable and can still preform fantastically when bottom tier, especially for one of the older premiums in the game.

Like above...

StrvS1 is one of the worst tank in game, it depends on cammo and sniping. In close combat you lose every gun fight.

While Lion, can be in all situations, even arty if you wan't to.

Since they are very close in income earning, the determinant factor should be crew training. So ask yourself, for which line do you want a crew trainer?

Fixed that for you.

Fun factor is key in credit earning. If sitting in a bush is fun for OP, it's probably the obvious choice. Not that it can't work in an aggressive role - and it's arguably quite usable in platoons since you have some backup... and will meet T10.

As for shell costs, I would guess it matters relatively little. Tanks have different earning potential, so unless you're in the habit of missing a lot of shots the price per shell isn't defining of credit gain.

The M4 rev is probably the best credit earner you can get at the moment and it's always available in the shop, I'd rather go for that. Both the Lowe and S1 are much more expensive as well, not worth the money imo unless you really need them for crewtraining.

I spent 10 million on consumables so I'll be playing my M4 rev and Defender a lot soon.

Well I only got the game 12th September so just under 2 weeks into the game.

First thing I bought was 3 months premium and the Lowe and the STRV S1.

Went straight into the game in at the deep end as to say with no experience on how to play the game.

Rather than learning from the start, starting from Tier 1 and working up a line that I like and getting to know how certain tanks play and get the experience out of the game, I decided not to do so and to focus on what I like.

so my findings after 331 battles

The LOWE has an advantage over the STRV S1 as it can brawl with the big boys and give support as a second line of attack and can also be great as a blocker to the team and can also play as a great sniper on the flanks or hill tops, depending on which maps you play and if played right you can get great results and if angled right it will suck up the hits to an extent, great for head on battles, not so good when you get 1 shotted as I have found out leaving my turret exposed.

As for the STRV S1, you have some limits in playing this tank being that it it's no good in close combat, so I prefer to play it right up front; in front of them hiding and getting those spotter points without even moving, waiting for them to move so getting a few shots in as they start to move away from me.

Now with it's superb camouflage abilities you can get right up close, so close that they even pass you without even noticing you, I hid in a bush and one stopped right in front of me I couldn't stop laughing when I popped 2 shells into him and he was spinning around looking to see where the shot had came from, also the STRV S1 is a great backing tank and is a great support tank to help those that play up in front, a good shot from a long distance will give the front liners time to reload, brilliant at sniping, but slow on the move but great at climbing up hills and mountains and sitting in very steep angles hiding.

And yes you have guessed by now "A TOTAL NEWBEE" I only have 2 tanks and that's all I am going to play because that's what I want to play in this game, I have made so far 7 million credits and have gained a lot of experience building up XP, which will cost me a few English pounds to unlock, and when I do I shall unlock each tank and buy out the STRV 103B outright.

Some might say it's boring what I am doing, but it is my money my game and I enjoy myself and that's how I want to play it.

Don't get me wrong, I get stuck in and help my team as much as possible and I even put myself up as a scout and to sacrifice myself and my loss to help the team win.

As for credit earners I would say they are pretty much the same on an even keel, but getting the right angle and hiding in some very peculiar positions I think the STRV S1 has the edge.

As for stats I only go by this and I am trying to keep it above 64% but better would be nice

...And it's even better when you get results like this...
