Hey everyone.

I'm home alone for the coming two weeks. This means I can experiment in the kitchen! :B

Any favourite recipes that I can try out? I'd like to expand my knowledge a bit.

Everything is fine, as long as I can find it in local supermarkets.

Looking forward to your favourites etc.
