i know this may sound kinda dum but hear me out,

How many games have people had where your team or the enemy team has just tried to rush the cap at the start of the game... It is getting frankily stupid as encounter battles such as Erlenburg, redshire and especially Murivanka always seem to end with either team lemming training into the cap circle to end the game in about 3 mins

NOBODY wants that as it means the highest experience earner ends up with about 400XP which is really annoying when trying to get the daily double.

So, maybe adding like a cooldown on the cap circle in the first 1/2/3 mins to stop people thinking its a great idea to yolo into the cap and either die or cap out which are both bad for the team

Ah, I remember when I would always rush cap and end the match in a minute. I was a [edited], but I didn't know any better.

The maps you mention arent usually a problem as long as you have some people who actually notice that a go decap as there is no proper cover there. Mines is by far the worst map for this and prokhorovka/fiery silent second. There you have good cover, especially buildings on mines and it is basically a suicide trying to decap...

If you allow the enemy team to cap you out in 3 mins then that's your teams fault for not protecting your cap better.

For the most part, yes. Mines is also the map where you want to cap early, because later on you will no longer be able to do so.

what right do u have to force people to play the game the way YOU want ??

I'm sure if you ask the rush cappers, they like it there way, so maybe we should FORCE people to play the game the way THEY want to play!!

Yh, It screws MOE so much when people just go straight for the cap and you can't really decap your own teammate... I would suggest disable them for a 1 min after game start or so.

I'd be happy if my team actually went near the cap, let alone start early.

Early capping can be a very tactical move on encounter maps and force the enemy to come out of hiding too stop you capping.  Once the enemy is out and spotted, your team can wipe them out.  Its a very good tactic but you need your team to be clued on too whats going on.

I did it this morning on El Halluf (encounter map), I rushed right to the cap and hide on the other side of the rock.  Enemy tanks not really moving until the cap timer got to about 50%.  Then out of no way, they started appearing one by one and was quicky taken care off by my team.  But again, this tactic only works like 1 out of every 10 games or so.

But on Lakeville, if your team start going into the valley of no return, capping early is suicide.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the first team to try and cap looses?
