Dear Wargaming and community,

Something must be done to avoid having players doing the following thing: (inaction/bot report doesn't seem to work as this is not the only person that does this - but the first I report)

113 WoT.jpg

We obviously lost when the one of three top tier tank (also the only really heavy tank) we had played as shown in the picture.

Watch the movement of the 113 tank throughout the game...

Names are not shown to avoid naming and shaming. Replay was saved for the ones that need it (those that can do something about it - if they care)

So, how do we get rid of this gameplay? It's become parasitic to the extend that almost every game has at least or/and more of these players...

WG can not and must not do anything about it.

If they start telling us what we must and must not do tatic wise then it would not be a sandbox game.

I understand yer frustration and it would nae be the first time that I friendly fire on them (had to turn off my chat box for fear of a ban),

Hope fer the best and shoot em  every other time.

If the team deployed badly, just ignore it and play another match and pray that your next allies aren't campers.

Yea, I mean he could of went to the hill and play hulldown there.. Who'd kill him with support behind him?

Instead he chose to camp next to arty for 5minutes until we lost

In Campinovka that is typical. Luckily, I'm a good LT Czolgista and that doesn't bother me. You can carry really hard if you just give your mates stuff to shoot. Got a bunch of Hero medals (Not sure if that's what they called...) like that.

You should know basics of the game to be able to play tier 9-10 imo, those zero skill players are really toxic for the team

But WG could do (have done) a freaking lot to educate the players. Even the stupid ones. But their efforts in that field are close to zero. Or even below zero, given all the hightier premtanks and stuff every idiot is allowed to buy...

for me the thing you ask is kind of too much so i dont agree with you. i know it can be very FRUSTRATING and sometimes stupid to watch but it doesnt make any sense the player getting banned/penalty, for ''playing bad''. he is a player as well, you know.

That's because I assumed a forward sniping / spotting position to provide cover for the team.

Also, I've done more damage than the camping two-tier-higher-than-me tank...

Please let me know where you'd have gone with Udes

My friend, if you want to camp you can either play a td or a sniping medium. Playing a heavy tank with a bad sniping gun and you camp at the red line (not even hiding behind a house or a hill or w/e) shows that you either don't give a Edited about the match or you don't know how to play... Either just as damaging to the rest of the team. Now if he was in a only tier X game that might have not been too much of an issue. When you are one of three tier X it plays a big difference on the outcome of the battle...

Possibly gone nearer to hill to support the LTs that went to spot? It MIGHT have encouraged more to go with you (wishful thinking) as thats the area you got ambushed from.

I'm of the opinion inactivity/botting/base camping in vehicles that have the capacity to be on the 1st line should be penalized. This goes for HTs, TDs and MTs. It's to an extent as detrimental to your team as team damage. Hence, there should be similar penalties.

However, that would require working report system...an example of how this could work is: if you're reported by a minimum of 5 teammates in a game for inactive/bot:

- 1st time - you get worning

- 2nd time - you don't receive experience/credits for this game

- 3rd time - you get 1 hour suspension

I'd love to see that implemented, as I'm really fed up with the population of 44%-ers that is currently flooding WOT. This and some means of educating them on how not to utterly suck.
