Didn't receive the package I purchased

Today I purchased package " 30 DAYS OF PREMIUM ACCOUNT + LTP " for 9.95 EUR, like 4 hours ago and I still haven't received it. I got the confirmation in email tho. Is this normal? I purchased it through PaySera.

Some payment methods are slower then others. It can take up to 3 working days depending on how fast your bank is with regards to telling WG that you can actually pay for it. And if you used SMS option via those... then it will take time.

Usually I would get everything after 1 hour after purchase, but this time it's taking so long

If not open the ticket... but expect a bot answering you with some copy paste that will just frustrate you. :P

arent payment issues taken serious

 

i mean sure griefplay insluts tk whatever is you blablabla but if real money involved they seems to be serious right ?

 

since i prefered to not hand my bank account #  to some russian/belarus firm i always used prepaid cards and that went rather well

Get on their nerves. Try and try again until you get someone competent. They usually get serious pretty fast, when money is concerned.
