If your computers shuts down during the game because of heat then you ARE leaving the game before end and you should solve your heat issues before trying to play again. There is no technical support mail and opening a ticket with support will do you no good.

You need sort your computer out, sounds like the cooling isn't good enough and fail-safe is kicking in shutting PC down before damage is done to CPU. When playing the game it will put a lot more strain the CPU making it run much hotter than normal.

It's your Power Supply. Upgrade it and problem solved.

On second thoughts, yes it is that. I once had a computer built that kept doing same thing after so long running when it was hot. Turned out the PSU (power supply) wasn't a good enough one wattage wise to cope with what was installed and used to just power the PC off when it was too warm a day.

Ive just had to get a new PSU. It took 5 attempts to start up, kept cutting off so I got a new 500 watt PSU and it's been fine since.

Also being in the North of England I don't have to worry about it getting hot!

don't bother contacting WG, they'll only tell you the warning wears off over time.

as for the PC, invest in a regular fan to blow air at it or if you have the money watercooling inside

and PS take the side off the PC and give it a blooming spring clean, dust causes overheating, google how to clean PCs

Yes, when my tank is destroyed, then i leave. , Homer. 99.99% do the same.

Point is, if happens once again they say they will erase my acc like its new one.
So i cant enter game and play , i afraid that may happen again.
I know how to clean it, and i put my wot on low.
So , they say contact us if problems is something els , and you didnt leave, but contact is more less waste of time?

Erm, no. There's a difference between leaving a battle after your tank has been blown up, and leaving it somewhere between game start start and the latter time.

if your pc crash and you in battle you didn't get warning. only when you leave game yourself before your tank is completely destroyed. got few d/c, pc restarts during game and nothing...

When I first started playing my graphics driver used to crash all the time.

I had to reboot PC.  When I eventually logged back in it would tell me that there was a game still in progress and I had to login to that server.  I'd usually be dead but occasionally I'd still be alive and I could carry on playing.

If you ever see a tank driving in a straight line with it's barrel pointing directly behind it .... that's the crash.

I NEVER got a warning.  I've been warned about the warning.  Click "Back to Garage" when your tanks is still alive.  I've never done it.  Suicide is painless :harp:

There was a patch a while back and it caused crashes on my old system it stopped when my graphics drivers and perhaps the game updated.

If the crash happened before my tank had moved at all and I couldn't get back in before the game ended I got a warning.

If I managed to move the tank even if no enemies were yet showing I did not get a warning.

If you see an FV304 heading straight for the windmill in "Lakeville", driving up the side of it and sitting there on its backside for a couple of minutes, that's the crash also.

Quite a surprise when the connection was restored...

If you ever see me cresting a hill in my IS3 and getting shot into Swiss cheese. That's my normal game!

I blame Jay.
