IMO players with no clue about basic gameplay should be excluded from tier 9-10. With experienced players there and new mm usually giving those tiers strong top tier or strong mid tier, is not place to learn the basics.

Protect them from themselves, protect them from likely other frustating fail game, protect other 14 players from a useless teammate/rage/snowball effect.

I think is also good for wg business because you increase players confort. And you generate a new goal, a reason to improve, they will enjoy more tier 9-10 when they reach there and the rest too.

Dont know what/how prove you know the basics, but sure you understand that some players are not ready for tier 9-10 gameplay.

Nothing you can do now, it's too late. They should have introduced a simple progress-system years ago, even with the option to bypass it with gold.

Agree is too late, an unrealistic debate... but at the same time I feel why not?

Great idea OP.  I will re-roll, buy a Defender and have a few laughs capped at T8!

Well. Because people would go berserk now.

You'd have to exclude seasoned players, which would make it completely useless.

I totally disagree, people play for fun and want to try different tactics in game and don't want to listen to some bully shouting in chat.  OP, the only real option I see for you is to play high tiers matches with clans only, this way you got players who know what their doing.

Plus from a business point, it would kill the player base if they couldn't play high tier because of some high skill requirement.  Plus how would you get the easy kills ?

You misunderstood.

The OP is proposing to prevent random battles to have a roadblocking for high tiers. Clans only means to not play at all, as CW are something parallel to the game (are they even on right now?)

Best you can get is a 3 vs 27 platoon, but is not what is proposed.

I am against, the proposition would drain the playerbase short (and short of easy targets for me) :hiding:

i dont like wt gf that much but at least they got such a system in place  have 5 or 6 tanks of the current tier in the garage to advance to the next tier

well they only got 5 tiers but still if you would need 3x t9 before getting your first t10 of a nation it would be a major bottleneck

I wouldn't mind being excluded from tier 10 if the metric implemented excluded me. And i also wouldn't try to bypass that with gold or free xp.

Most of people would mind.

I myself find grinding worth only to get to tier X. SUre there is some tanks along the lines that will be a keeper because I liked it, but if I were forced to stop by some limiter (and maybe not getting exp) I would definitely quit long time ago. :girl:

Ranked Battles will give you such gameplay you seek, along with other benefits. Winter Season Two is coming. And it is one arty less (in case you're their hater).

Ah, what difference does it make when you consider the game is rigged?

Random games open to everyone good bad and average, if you want better players play more organised games.

Anyway be careful what you ask for you might improve the players in your team but you also improve the enemy team.

Games get harder profits go down
