My "friend" is playing for me to get the t95e2, they have gotten up to  tier 8 so far, maxed out the t32. The grind to the m103 seems pretty long, how do you play the t32 to its best in order to ease the grind? THANK YOU.

Ridges and hull down, prepare to shoot gold, tier 8 MM is messed up, but killing tier X tanks will boost your exp / battle. :girl:

is the turret reliable enough? as they have had tons of pens into the turret and its kind of demorilalising to get penned when hull down? I cant shoot gold as no prems on that account :P

The play style of T32 is pretty much the same as T29, you're looking for a hull down position behind a dead tank or while working the ridge lines. You need to keep in mind that T32 is fairly weak when it's not hull down, front armor will struggle to bounce even lower tier tanks.

When it comes to gun, technically speaking the best option is 90mm gun with full premium. Of course you can go for 105mm gun as well but the problem is that you only have 200mm of penetration which is borderline usable at T8 and on top of that the soft stats of the gun are not particularly good. Basically you'll end up firing quite a bit of premium ammo ether way especially against T9 and T10 tanks.

Well. NOT rushing the tiers and learning the very basics of the game before you enter the higher tiers makes things a lot more easier.

Well it depends on enemy tanks. You will have a lot of trouble penetrating Japanese heavies frontally, all 3 German T9 heavies plus VK 100.01 at T8,  American +T8 turret-less TDs and other tanks with strong frontal armor.

Another problem is that T32 is fairly sluggish so you usually don't have an option of flanking (and you don't want to leave your hull down spot if you found one) so you're usually forced to fight enemies frontally.

yep, tier 6 and 8 i find matchmaking to just be painful, i think it is due to the 3/5/7, but thats just my conclusion. thanks for the help anyway, but i would like to inform you that account has 70k credits, no premium tanks and an aim of getting another 168,000 xp in a tank that has crap pen. things aren't looking good XD

Using optics helps, if that even is an option. M103 might be a harsh grind as well, though at least you don't have to get the top gun if the aim is to reach T10 ASAP.

Kind of doubt the reward is worth it, though. Doesn't make extra credits last time I checked.

The front of the T32 turret is one of the most reliable things in this game.

You need the highest pen guns in the game shooting premium ammo at point blanc range to pen a few small spots on it.

The sides and the back of it are much weaker but they are still not thin.

The hull is what you need to take care off.

Tldr: hull down and front toward enemy.

T32 turret is one of the best in the game. I rarely manage to hit the minuscule weakspot on that thing. Go hulldown and laugh at almost everything trying to pen. Until they switch to HE...

Hide your weak hull as often as you can, a hulldown T32 is a very annoying and dangerous enemy. Don`t be cheap and load some premium rounds. The standard pen on that thing is laughable and you won`t be able to do much. When I grinded that line I carried 50/50 normal/premium ammo (with 3 or 5 HE shells for decapping or the ocasional paper tank). Right now tier 8 MM is very crappy and you will face a lot of tier Xs and tier IXs. You NEED premium ammo in the T32.

Good luck to your "friend".

Hide your hull.

Show you turret front towards the enemy.

Never stay still when reloading, wiggle the turret if close range.

Use the 90mm with full APCR. The 105mm isn't cutting it anymore.

I don't think i ever got penned in the turret while playing my t-32. Put optics on and farm spotting damage while working ridge lines.

While the gun is not that bad, with current MM you need to  have prem rounds in it if you wish to be  of any relevance to the battle.

I also found that after seeing the tank lineup, i some times choose to go where i will likely find weakly armored tanks, that i can pen, rather then going to the heavy tank zone/corner and bounce shot after shot.
