RNG based aim system?

okay i've readed a bit and WG said they don't remove the RNG couse it "makes the game more fun", pretty mutch the demage system add a bit of adrenalin rush , okay the pen random nerf and buff is a good chance too , but the aim ? idk how are you guys standing to this but it's realy ennoying when you aiming an O-I from around 50 m and it just fly trough between the litle turrets and fly away , or when im aiming for a turret and it hits the track with no demage , couldn't it need a bit optimizating ? just to make a game the require a bit more skill from the players , not the " RNG made me hit 10/10 shot im a skilled player" 's ego boost game couse yeah it is enoying when have a bit bad luck and all of your shot miss or hit the more armored points if you try to snipe and the other player hit you from 500m while you moveing with 60km/h in an ELC , okay it works from both side but rly its bad thet more then 50 % of the game , and "skill" depend on luck.
