At the 12:10 mark i detrack an Strv 103B which then instantly repairs.

Now this could just be me being weird. But since i timed it at around 0,38 of a second, i thought i'd just get some of you guys' opinion.

Block Quote

In psychology, reaction time (RT) is the time that elapses between a person being presented with a stimulus and the person initiating a motor response to the stimulus. It is usually on the order of 200 ms. The processes that occur during this brief time enable the brain to perceive the surrounding environment, identify an object of interest, decide an action in response to the object, and issue a motor command to execute the action. These processes span the domains of perception and movement, and involve perceptual decision making and motor planning.[1]

Also maybe he have mapped track repair on mouse key or he anticipate tracking.

Well, I wouldn't use it if it did exist.  I would rather choose when to blow a repair kit.  E.g.,  If I am tracked by arty in an otherwise safe spot, I may prefer to save it.

Large repair kits, and you don't even have to press twice. I get PM's for having an extinguisher & repair mods... when I have both mapped to my mouse more or less daily.

Heck I've seen twitch streamers spam their repair key on the mouse when brawling or doing trades so it get repaired instantly when he is anticipating a track. Thus those reaction times.

Not saying he did not use it. But there are so many other possibilities based on own experience as well to make the even care or consider if they use it or not

Yeah that's sounds logical enough.

Going for the fingers already over key / mapped to mouse option here too ....think I'm to slow myself to manage it that fast ... but pretty close at times .. at least when I'm doing something silly stupid and expect it to backfire :sceptic:

BUT ... there are a lot of modpack users out there and that some packs include stuff it shouldn't and / or is easily found elsewhere I don't doubt for a second .... not many of the twitch streamers I watch use mod-packs but QB does and when he press tab at start and such you'll see the XVM icon on more than half each team it seems like ...

Top it with all the younger players that have experienced CS and such with autoaim/wallhack and what not ... guess a lot think it's also that way here ... without considering the RNGesus messing with them as well as being server-side calculated.

Even had a 60%+ guy with otherwise nice spread of vehicles played go "nice auto-aim dude" on a Conway game of mine ...couldn't be arsed to ask if he was serious ...

tl:dr yeah mods exist but most likely it wasn't that ...

Meh, even if he uses a mod - how is that worse than other "allowed" mods currently in game?  And yes, I am thinking about all the climbers...

I often anticipate I will get detracked so I have my finger ready for that. And I am sure a lot of players do that.

A mod to do that on purpose would be silly, sometimes you don't want to instantly repair and waste the repair kit.

I'm pretty fast with repairing, muscle memory.

Nothing special really I'd say....
