Hi fellow tankers this is my 1st post so 1st of all i would like to say hi.

Quite simply as the title says,Win Rate who cares.

But i thought about all the hate in the lobby chat and in game and i can only offer this advice

firstly i must say that I am a veteran free to play player and have been gaming for over 30 years so.I have a few onions that have helped me to enjoy gaming over the years.

I have played many free to play combat and military games over the years and I am loving tanks at the moment.

I used to be a stat chaser and had incredible kdr's (8-1) in many games however i found my levels of frustration when losing really started to increase when I began chasing and protecting stats.I used to chew out my team for messing up,hurl vile abuse at enemy players for ruining my precious stats, until one day I realised who the hell cares.

I stopped chasing stats and my enjoyment went up.

Which is why i decided not to give a  damn anymore.

I dont even bother to check win or lose anymore. If i die i go to lobby and start another game.

I'm simply enjoying myself a lot more.

MM dosent bother me either, as I play scouts almost exclusively, The only thing that does annoy is the stat padders who camp at the back of a map in a heavy tank and refuse to help the team.

my focus is helping my team 1st and getting damage for myself after

anyone else agree with me?

I don't care about arty, I don't care about MM, I don't care about unbalanced maps, I don't care about much of anything really.

I do care about winning though. If you are not playing to win, what's the point?

Well, I don't chase stats either, I haven't ran XVM for over two years and I'm happier about it.

I don't like losing however and generally quit after a number of them (I know 15 other people win and all that shlt) but constant losses just make make me switch games

I assume that KDR means kills-to-death ratio, and you killed on average 8 tanks per game when you were chasing stats.... Really???:sceptic:

Because you are THIS guy, a terrible player:

That's what happens when you kill 8 enemies per game, your other stats inevitably suffer :)

I don't think a vegetable can have fun...:sceptic:

Also your account was created in September 2016. Where are those ''last few years'' when you had good reactions ?

He said "in many games". That does not necessarily include WoT.
Reading! It's very helpful.

Ah, another "I play for fun, you guys with good stats must not enjoy the game" kind of player.  Well, cool story bro etc.  If you are having fun then that's great, do whatever makes you happy but some people (a lot of people I come across) seem to get a lot of fun from winning (or at least winning more than they lose!).

This sounds like the step someone would take when they get called out on their in-game displays of the Dunning-Kruger effect - which is something I truly love to do.

I honestly don't care about stats (but I care about winning, which is half the fun, at least when trying to make gains), but I do care about people seemingly trying to get some support for their delusional cognitive bias - by claiming that they are good and seemingly implying that 'free to play' and 'playing scouts because it's fun' might be the reason why their claimed skill doesn't sing to the tunes of the numbers on Wotstats.

Anyway OP, if you're having fun and trying your best, that's good.

Pilot in WarRock is easy mode. WR, CA and BH are P2W games.(...don't know much about SR.)

World of Tanks is a slower paced game, reflexes don't mean as much.
