the team from the upside of the map always has an advantage in random battles. always.

1) that team can very easily win the hill 100% of the battles because obviously apart from being closer to it, there is also water at the other side's team, slowing them down. it's not even a competition for the hill. it's ridiculous, because the hill is obviously important

2) most games end up with the upside team capping, and they can very easily do it.

3) the logic that some ppl say of ''if you know how to play there is no problem'' doesnt even exist. want to know why?

because the only way the downside team could prevent the other team from cap. is to send a lot of tanks into that area, but still the enemy team has won the hill and you know what they can do from there. take note that the battle is random, not pre-made KAZNA tactics included (LOL).

if the team from the upside is smart, then always (almost) the battle can be considered already over.

Oh it's been a topic for ages, I suspect it's never gonna change. It's one of the reasons why Encounter is never on for me. And Sand River is the reason I don't play Assault either.

Mines in any mode should be tier 1-6 only to start with, preferably 1-4.

Depending on what side you spawned you already know if you won or not. A great example of Wargaming great skill in making and balancing maps^^

What is really sad is that moving the spawns a little as well as removing a few houses in the cap circle would likely already solve those issues and balance the map.
