Hello everybody,

 

This is a bit out of context, but has anyone experienced similar problems as I have with WG store customer support? I've been trying to contact there for over a week now, using different emails and methods, to get my message through. I bought a hoodie and a T-Shirt there, but they were too large in size. I usually wear that size but for some reason those were way too big. Anyway, I've been trying to exchange them to smaller size, and this is the reason for contacting, but no one is answering me. I get the email where it says that my question is being reviewed and so on, but I never get the answer. Maybe someone could help me? :(

Sometimes it takes a while before you get an answer from Customer support. Just be patient, it was Gamescom so that can be a reason as well that customer support is responding more slowly.

Yes, I'm aware of this, but it makes really uncomfortable as there is limited time while I can get this item exchanged

^ If you mean WG limits the period in which you can arrange an exchange, then provided you can prove you tried your best to contact them several times within that period, but received no reply, you have a very strong argument that WG should accept the exchange even if it falls outside of their standard period.  I wouldn't worry yet.

This is a good point, and it should be valid as well, I see no reason why it wouldn't be

I have the same Problem. They dont answer when it is about Money at all. I Need a lawyer......

Try washing them at 60 celsius and see if they shrink to your size.
