Armored recovery vehicle. If you get killed in battle and you have an ARV of that nation in the garage, you can hop into it and try to evacuate your destroyed tank to a safer location on the map for repairs. If successful, you can rejoin the battle in your initial tank in say 2 minutes? But if your ARV gets destroyed as well, then you cannot use it again for that tank for the rest of the day. I think it would be pretty cool to have ARVs.

Why not also add APCs so if you die in battle, and have an APC of that nation, you can use that APC to capture the enemy base quicker than a normal tank. It is just as crappy as your suggestion and would never work in WoT like your suggestion.

Sure, lets create a whole new set of balancing problems by adding a new class, since the game is in such a great state at the moment.

Imagine the tomato hordes of those things roaming the game.

Would be better to add them as "healer" class, but it would still be a bad idea, IMO.

It's like you live just to post on this forum.

Let's add Jeremy Clarkson class. Tier X is a Land Rover that can't be killed because the script doesn't allow it.

I'm just seeing a swarm of ARVs pushing/herding a T95 off a cliff into the sea XD

Or a superheavy that doesn't have the depression to hit them XD

Although I don't hate the idea (in fact, having dedicated support classes could add an interesting angle).  We have seen how badly WG have managed to balance the existing classes so surely cannot be trusted with adding another (probably more complex?) class?

It's a QPR thread, he's going to be the next CC, so why wouldn't you take him seriously? He is, after all, the brightest mind on the forums.

Well at least his posts are different from the usual arty haters and mm posts. I vote for Captain Slow over Clarkson

That Brentford debacle could have been avoided if we had an ARV to deploy at half time.

They could have a special end game medal for ARV vs 5. But how would it fight when its the last tank on the team? Perhaps it could put its Premium/gold Maintenance Module into action and build a whole new tank from usable parts left on destroyed tanks, say using a hull of a BatChat with the gun and turret of a Type 5 and man it with zombie crew, yes, that would work.

InB4 that becomes patch 9.21 latest premium to celebrate British tech tree rework. Ultimate package comes with commander voiceover by the Clarkson himself.
