[How_hard_can_it_be]

It was fun while it lasted. It was my favourite tank. Now it's time to sell it.

I knew it was coming and I've predicted how disappointed I would be but I wanted to give it a fair shot anyway. So...

WHO  THE H*** needs that irrelevant "armour" buff for the price of pen and shell velocity nerf? Apart from mobility, those two things were the only reasons to play this tank and now they've taken it away. I don't care about DPM, it was already good enough. Dispersion 0.37, the old one 0.32. With my pimped girl crew it's now 0.35 and it was 0.3.
Such wow, much buff, very effin happy.

And no. I will not use/abuse HEAT. No way.

Same story with AMX 30B but I have never bonded with it. 2 Frenchies going for premature retirement. Sad, sad day.

Are you kidding me man, 248 pen is still great at tier 9. The tier 10 one is the garbage one. 

 

This tanks gun handling is more or less the same, before what made it good was accuracy, now it's got better dispersion. And you rarely shot fully aimed shots anyway, so it's still about the same. the shell velocity is still pretty good.

Both tank are much better now, amx30 probably best in tier, amx30B atleast in top5.

DPM+gun handling+ speed.

Yes, all of those things are fine, but they came in exchange of what I valued most about this tank. The tank is still playable but for me it's over. Can't say I'm impressed with new gun handling. Maybe you haven't felt new accuracy, I definitely did. There is a huge difference between 0.3 and 0.35. Too much for my liking. Shell velocity was the very best thing about it and it's also gone.

ANd btw, that was the intention of the change, to make it different from the leopard.

You can still get what you want, just get the leo1.

It was different from the leopard since leopard had retarded bloom.

I played and 3 marked both just after eachother.

In practice the gun handling was barely different, its only 0.02 better but the leopard has 0.2 better aimtime so it pretty much evens out.

THe leo was  the superior tank anyway imo.

Don't want Leo1, if anything, I will have to go for Leo PTA which is the closest to what I liked about AMX 30 prot but with worse reload, worse gun depression. Oh, and I hear PTA is permanently ammoracked. Fun.
Meh, I will have to stick  with good ol' ST-I as my only tier 9 for a while.

Dude. They buffed things I don't consider important and nerfed the things I liked the most. What is so LOL about this?  And since it was already one of the best, why did they "buff" it in the first place? It was good, make it bettererererer ? What's the point?

on an HT it's a different situation. ST-I is a browler, that mostly fight at close range. And also 122mm M62-T2 is one of the best HT guns.

This soo much. After feeling the love of for the AMX for about 700 games (i think) i eventually got the Leo (after the light tank patch i suddendly had it unlocked). It is/was far better than the AMX 30 in every sense and i love it. Im glad i sold the 30 when i did as i guess 9.2 kinda ruined it
