Before the matchmaking changes Kharkov or Stalingrad used to be a very rare occurrence, even Paris was quite rare although not to the same extant. It's as if the universe knew these maps where complete [edited]****** and made these "maps" rare. Then WG ****** the universe in the *** and made these "maps" become as frequent as any of the other actual maps not made by ****** [edited].

Game is much less enjoyable, maybe one should just go back to the garage every time these "maps" come and avoid the frustration and the utter demoralization. After these maps you lose all motivation and interest in playing anymore. Worst case people report you for afk/bot, but i have never heard of anyone being banned for afk/bot, if they did the ban bots than 43%ers would not exist.

[edited]the ****** trio.

Can't say that for two of them for me. But Stalingrad was something you played once a week before, even if you played 20 games a day.  Now you play it 3-4 times a day, even on a short sessions. And next to highway. It's 2nd on my most hated map list. So playing high tier grinds when that appears two times in an hour usually means I'll drop down in tiers.  Paris is just boring, and thus not that high up on my hate list.

I disagree. Paris is the best map for armoured Tds, I always did good results with Foch there. But I rarely found it, and I continue to find it not so often. I'd like to find it more frequently.

I can't see the problem. In my opinion this map were to rare. Whit the small number of map we have, more map are allways welcome. Plus I'm mainly an HT player, so I like this close combat maps.

Agreed especially Paris and Kharkov are maps I dislike the most in the game. Then there's tiny Mines, Pilsen and Ensk which are terrible in the high tier games. And Abbey. And instead of improving maps or bringing new ones they're 100% focusing on reworking to HD and who knows when thats gonna hit live.

No I should not! It's a game and nothing more,  I'll survive it.

I've had enough of this [edited]. From now on I will play retardedly aggressively on those and either have a great game or just die fast and avoid the aids.

What? You had ''good results'' on Paris map with tier 9  Foch? Hmmm...:sceptic:

And what exactly means 'good result' for you?

Paris is a crap map, only good for armored heavy/superheavy tanks, and should be modified by removing it from game.

Well I mostly play heavy tanks so I have no problem with these maps.

I haven't played since the new patch but I'll legit consider hanging myself if Paris comes up more. I cannot stomach that map. Absolute trash, corridor wherever you go.

I play mostly HTs and even still I hate the paris

- only one viable flank to go

- crossfires that are unavoidable if your team doesnt go middle (which is always risky) but enemies go

- annoying bridge and the leveling makes engaging akward

And lets not forget for basically all other classes its worse

Simply said, remove Paris

Kharkov is quite bad just because how it favors one class but I dont think its as bad as how much hate it gets. Same for Pilsen. Stalingrad is however the 2nd worst map in the game, just because of it being very prone to the lemming trains.

Hinmelsdorf is quite good though because there is a flank where mediums can take control and that is the hill. The hill is generally not that viable for heavies so there is actual flanking capability on that map despite its city map. TDs can snipe to the hill which is better than nothing like in Kharkov/Stalingrad, and as a bonus its almost unplayable for arty. Tbh Himmels is one of the best maps in the game IMO

Paris is horrid. Worst of all the city maps and, despite it being pretty, i wish the map was gone from rotation.

I much rather play Paris on high tiers than crapshow like Mines.

Paris is a crap map, only good for armored heavy/superheavy tanks, and should be modified by removing it from game.

I simply positioned at the start of an avenue and waited for heavies and others. In the 99% of cases, not less than 3k dmg guaranteed, up to 4 or 5. Consider that I have average carrot stats with Foch, so my average dmg with it is much lower...in Paris I fought much better.

That map is perfect with Foch because you can use the frontal armour effectively. The distance allows you to rely on it, negating to enemy weakspots' advantage, with so many bounces. I enjoy it with Foch 155 too, but its 46 seconds reload at the start is a problem when heavies go to the fight area and you have to shoot them.

No offense, but this is kind of what Paris is supposed to do, when looking at it from WG's perspective. It limits every form to engagement to dumbed down frontal fights, devoid of using tactics or the spotting system, so that statistically weaker players have a chance to have an impact in the game, even though they lack the knowledge of the mechanics/the skill/ the experience.

It is just a bad map, that rewards the worst form of play.
