What is your gameplay experience / feeling playing with Bat-Chatillon 25 t after the 9.20 nerf?

For me, it feels like it dings more, which only makes it more weaker considering it now has 5 grenades in a clip.

They changed spaced armor, without warning us, of course

That's not spaced armor; the pink color with Live option is the ricochet area.

weirdly it does look different. i loaded two clean copies of tanks.gg and chose the 9.19 and 9.20 3d models and came up with this:

https://tanks.gg/v09.../b-c-25-t/model

https://tanks.gg/tank/b-c-25-t/model

there does seem to be some minor armour differences. NVM the fact it's grown (which we knew)

No announced changes in 9.20.

But going HD might alter the armour layout in unexpected ways, but other than that no changes.

Ye, my mistake, thought there was some nerf they did which is not in the update notes (ye, they did this before few times), as nerf was announced before, and it seems to ding more now. But, if you see no change in gameplay, it may be me though...

Slight change to damage model (armor), no changes at all to the stats themself.

And which nerfs would those be the, the ones 'they' did not include in the patch notes?

The Batchat always had a habit of dinging shells, nothing new. That is something peculiar to French guns though, both the 90mm and 100mm (despite their good pen) bounce more at range than similar guns with lower pen. It seems the penetration drop-off over range is more severe on French guns for some reason.
