17 august - Primo Victoria

30 august - WZ-120-1G

9 september - STG

End of september AMX CDA or VK 168.01 (or maybe both)

4 premium tanks released in 30 days

Welcome to World Of Premium Tanks the most pay to win game from all of them.

================================================================

35-40 euro for a pixel item is way to much (you can buy a full aaa game or a ps4/xbox disk) and WG EU store is the worst of all stores in terms of offers, discounts and mandatory bundels for "best premiums".

So why WG instead to rebalance old premium tanks (make them competitive at curent meta) and fix tier 8, they keep release more new tanks. More and more players are playing less and soon this game will be dead because of this WG's agresive way to make money for the moment instead to think for the future.

PS: Every beginning have a ending also . Your ending WG started when you decided to release "tier 9 tanks" and renamed as tier 8 premiums (Defender, Patriot, Liberte, Skorpion etc).

I'm waiting for Tier 10 premiums. It would be fun.

Don't buy them then, players like new content and premiums are an ray way of making that new content between new lines which take time.

Also asidd Defender is there really a problem with most of the premiums? Primo Victoria is not OP, Stu guard isn't, Chinese TD isn't and tanks like the Liberte and patriot or skorpion are no way as good as some people make out.

We we have had tier 10 light, Chinese TDs and new German heavies, not to mention buffs for loads of tier 8 tanks so stop moaning. As long no more defenders come out WG can release as many premiums as they like for all I care.

Said before, there's now quite a few more tier 8 premium tanks than any other regular tanks from any nation combined at that tier. When I started playing there was some sort of balance between premiums and tiers, premiums had their pros and cons, and the latter was such that some had limited mm. It was somewhat balanced. Then as you all know it shifted, and people on all forums started to go wtf, but as some have started to see and understand that shift reflects on the direction WG is going with their games (yeah, wows is going there too in the end) and that is fully catering to the casual crowd which makes up 60-80% of their total player base. As the above poster mentioned, players like/love new content and in a steady stream otherwise they'll just go play something else if there isn't anything new.

In a recent interview it was said that 75% of the total player base doesn't drop a single dime ever on the game, which means there's 25% of us holding the ship together. I reckon they've made a study on who paid customers are, who pays more, what is their playing style, sent out questionnaires asking what they enjoy about the game and not, and found out that the majority of these are bog standard casuals that just want to fire their guns thus they decided to go with those and voilá here we are today and this is the future.

OP tanks, not OP tanks, tier 8 premium spam or whathaveya one is faced with few choices, one of them is of course to just go for other pastures leaving WG behind and another is just accept and adjust accordingly if one can find enjoyment from doing so. To be hoping this'll all end soon, in my opinion, is like peeing against the wind. While you get some sort of relief, you'll mostly get wet and uncomfortable.

@tajj7

I don't "moaning", have you try to make credits with 112, IS-6, KV-5 (first reason when you buy a premium is to make credits right)?

And for you new premiums means new content?

Have you hear about PVE scenarios from WWII, Deathmatch PVP

112 got a massive buff and is OP, KV-5, IS-6 are getting rebalanced so just be patient.

Pretty much every new game mode WG has done has failed whereas new tank lines bring loads of people back to the game and new premiums sell so it's not hard to understand why WG makes new tanks all the time.

Also the player base is old, players don't have lots of grinds and with the MM the way it is there is not much reason to play tier 8 unless you are credit grinding which is why you see so many premiums. If they fix tier 8 mm so you get less tier 10s I'd imagine people will grind more tier 8s and go back to their old tier 8 favourites.

But still premiums sell and people like new stuff so the premiums are going to keep coming I reckon. Tanks are tanks, ad long as they are balanced does it really matter if the tank is a premium or not? Not imo

Yeah... that's something I'll never understand. Those people must have an extremely sad and boring life...

There are lots of things you don't understand. Not your fault, I've told you already.

For example, what if people have decent jobs, well paid, so they can indulge their hobby with a simple credit card transaction without ever noticing the amount they've spent? Not so sad and boring, is it? But then again, that's one more thing you'll never understand :-)

they can't nerf something you paid for, isn't that obvious?

Ask Hype 59 drivers about that.

I fail to see why premium tanks is pay to win.

Sure you make more credits and some of them are very strong tanks but they in no way increase your chances of winning.

Add premium time and still the same chance.

Now if by paying money you do more damage or always get on a better team be top tier all the time then yes pay to win.

Premium tanks are expensive I guess all the free publicity players have been giving tier 8 premiums is paying off.

Now a good many believe owning a tier 8 premium is the answer to doing well in the game they can charge more for them.

I am pretty sure I will buy the defender if its offered for sale again and also the New Chinese premium TD

I do not actually need either, I already have 16 tier 8 premiums so credit earning is well covered but I just like collecting.

If you are willingly ignoring the fact that the reason premium tanks can't be nerfed is the amount of trouble WG got over nerfing the Type 59 and Super Pershing.

Reason why Blackdog wont be sold anymore is the buff it received.  (as in standard MM instead of old LT MM)

Hype 59 drivers can enjoy the fact that they have a tank that is probably never gonna be sold again.  So they can be salty about the nerfs and power creep.

As soon as this new tanks are balanced, I have no problem against new premium. More tank to shoot at!

Type 59 did not get nerfed, it had some characteristics changed but most were buffs, it then got buffed again into HD, people claiming it got nerfed are not realising the meta change.

The only premium that got nerfed was the Super P and they offered refunds.

70% of tier 8 tanks are premiums. Been like that for years. So nothing has changed really. That and besides the China TD that dominates as top tier at times. You can't really call the others "pay 2 win" yet. Prima Victoria is more or less how the Cent 1 will be after it's buffs. And the others are not that special.

They are buffing a pile of them rather often. IS-6 and KV-5 is next up on the list. Others like the Panther M10, STA-2, M4 Rev and T-34-85M went from below crap, to superb rather fast. And something most wanted a refund for. To something everyone wanted. Then again the IS-3A was called OP back in the day. Heck even the IS-6 was "great" at some point. As new premiums are based on the current meta. Now the new meta are super heavies. Like the Jap Ht's and the VK 100.01 etc. Something the IS-3A and IS-6 can't really counter. So I kinda get what they wanted with the Defender. But still they overdid it. Skorpion is more or less a hybrid of the Borsig and Charioteer with worse ROF. So not something I would say is even above the meta. It's camo is not even that great. As the Borsig is more annoying. It's the mobility they overdid on that one IMO.

Yes it was nerfed, twofold. I had it from the start. Quite frankly, it was pay-to-win tank. You were always top tier, saw only a few tier 8 and all the rest were 7, 6, even 5. And no one could pen you. Three T59 in a platoon, unbeatable.

Then they a) changed the MM and placed it in Tier 10 games and b) nerfed the turret armor. I forgot the detailed numbers, it was many years ago, but after a certain patch people stopped driving it. You were not invincible any more - not only from seeing higher tiers but the same old 8 and 7 now could hurt you.

Super P nerf came at least a year later and people got refunds in gold. But for Type it was "now it's exclusive" and that's all.

I think it can be a problem when the producer/developer of a game release new content that in general isn't asked for, like 30v30, more T8 premium tank, epic equipment etc instead of trying to fix what the community most often complained about (premium ammo, MM, arty).
