Thought this would be a pretty cool idea, that you could earn bonds on tier 10 only games.

However its so pointless.

A good game will get you around 10 bonds.

The cheapest equipment is around 4000 bonds.

So you need to play 400 tier 10 games (and get 1000+ experience) in order to get a single piece of equipment...just why?

Something around 200 would make much more sense

So, WG are giving you something as a bonus for playing tier 10 and you complain. About being given more stuff. Wow, this community has a massive sense of entitlement.

Or rather it makes the any reason to play ranked void. Now any and all players can get bonds just by playing randoms (in platoons).

My gripe with it is that I simply can not figure out by what metric the bonds are awarded. Mostly on wins you get 8-10 bonds depending on performance, but once I received 17, where I had 4k dmg and 4k spotting. First and only time I've received more than 10 in a single battle. On losses it gets even weirder. Sometimes with a top dmg (4k) and top xp loss you get 0 bonds, and other times you will receive 4 even being 3rd for dmg/xp.

No it forces you to play about 400 games at tier 10 in order to stay competitive. In fact its only tier 10 games and only if you do well that you get bonds. So its more like 800-1000 games for a piece of equipment.

Even that would be fine, if they would [edited]fix tier 10 games so you dont lose 40k+ credits a game.

And even that would be fine if the would fix tier 8 MM so your premium tanks, that you need to play in order to play tier 10 are not fighting tier 10 tanks every [edited]game.

I am now grinding tier 8 tanks for credits, in order to fund my tier 10 games, which I am grinding in order to get equipment, so that I can grind tier 8 tanks for credits...to fund the tier 10 games. [edited]WG logic.

The idea was to make the smaller things available to more to all players more often. As in the stuff you can buy for one game use. That includes equipment that gives 2.5% extra, like the stuff you need 5000 for get. For the price you more or less make in one game. Like me that uses 6 bonds to buy 6th sense on a new crew grind now and then.

If you want equipment. I you need to line up for the next seasons of ranked. As you are not gonna get it from tier X games alone in randoms. And tbh... I don't want them to make it that easy either. And 200 is way to much. I can agree that it's a tad to low, and they could double it at most. But not give 200 pr game. That's just silly considering how cheap the one use stuff is.

You can't figure that out because you don't bother to read the news.

You can get 5032 bonds in just 17 tier 10 games.

Of course you need to get 3k base XP in all of them for that, but it's possible.

Me, when i think i need @20 games = 2 hours of playing T10 just to be able to demount my bond equipment....

Good thing WG demounted it when they introduced the patch.

Now i don't even want to mount it on some tank, i am so disgusted that i left it in depot.

Like it's already happening?

1358 base XP ⇒ 20 bonds

1784 base XP ⇒ 40 bonds

For 200 bonds you'd need at least 2763 base XP.
