" Alright, this thread already has 1 week lifetime, you had enough whine time.

I will be closing this thread because there were too many rude remarks.

Have a nice day."

As paying customer I have become used to rude treatment.
As WoT player I am more than used to rude behaviour in battle chat.
What is it about the IT business and especially online gaming which puts me, the customer, into a position where I feel offended by the very same people to whose
paycheck I contribute?
I must be very dumb dull bored you name it.

You have a very nice day too.

Wow, so nice to have such polite moderators.

But I guess their behaviour is nothing more than

a reflection on how WG treats their customers overall,

in particular people who buy tier 8 premium tanks.

Were there any rude remarks in that thread?  Who, according to the moderator, was being offended?

Blimey that is pretty rude from a mod, and I thought the rolfstomp thread was pretty mild for the forum standard

It's like anything to do with this game is run by a bunch of spoilt spotty teenagers.

I guess it's a sign of old age.... I sound like my father 40 years ago.

If the moderation team carry on like that^^^ they will lose the playerbase IMO, that wouldn't be a good thing for the forum, or the game. Try to be a little more respectful chaps, have a nice day.

The moderator gave a valid reason for closing a thread which very premise was whining about teams - most likely being of the non-constructive thread type that manages to pullite the already slum-quality content of this subforum.

Anyway, maybe moderators can be a bit rude, but the last thing I expect on an international forum is that every user, including moderators, understand the finer tones of the English language. I'm guessing the mod in question either is Spanish or at least knows the language (he's moderating the Spanish forum, apparently). Oh, and if your job was to patrol a forum, you'd likely be a bit "rude" too, at times.

I don't see anything rude about stating the obvious without hiding it behind political correctness.

And if you are a paying customer to a company that treats you rudely, you must indeed be dumbdullbored.

Bottoming: No idea what the point of this thread really is...

Well said. How many 'whine' posts are there. Some are valid, MM for instance, but others are just downright ( insert word of choice here).

Hmm, i guess you are used to 'suck it down'.

After all you suck it down 54% of the times you press 'Battle'.

I am curious about what was the closed topic, could someone put a link please?

Whats missing from the statement, is that all the rudeness is from the wg shills

So they cant possible give them a chat ban

I guess it's more a reflection of how some of their customers seem to feel they have the right to treat them.

You forgot to add something that clearly marks your post as irony. You know... in written form it's hard to distinguish sometimes...

Damn Nohe Jbnn causing trouble again! That son of a gun! Yeah he is Spanish (for those concerned) gonna go and smack him on the head (because reasons).

Also why create this Thread? Its neither Gameplay related nor serves any purpose except (unnecessary) ranting. For the purpose of not being accused of censorship (again) I'm gonna go for quick break before locking this one here as well.

Spoiler

Edit: Wrong Spanish Moderator

Looking at your stats, you've mostly done a heck of a job padding them more than anything. You're seemingly not bad at playing higher tiers either, but I wouldn't expect entry in IDEAL or whatever. Fine by me if it makes you feel better, but it's pretty stupid to wave your inflated wiener around in a feeble attempt at dismissing the opinions of others - opinions which in no way has anything to do with his stats. He's not trying to teach you about the game or try to give the impression that he's a good player. Common sense, really, which for some reason is more important than stats in a computer game when it hasn't really got anything to do with the game itself.

I'm not particularly good at the game either, but feel free to dismiss my opinion on basis of my non-unicum stats. It's a pretty obvious logical fallacy if you ask me, and anyone with half a brain will have trouble taking you seriously - even on the Internet. ;)

No irony.

Worst ive seen is a shill carrying out whats classified as online p3dophile grooming.

The shill was still posting +the reporter was banned

The moderators in most forums tend to be inconsistent and petty at best and just bizarre in some cases.

This forum is no different.

The First Post in this thread is a case in point.  The OP quotes a mod from another thread, the mods are annoyed at being commented on and so one of them edits the post to demonstrate their power.

Whup-de-do, When the OP copy/pasted the mod's comments, the OS kept the colour formatting.  Oh but that's against the Rulez. - SMH

Out of interest, there are several near-red shades in the palette.  Am I allowed to use Brown ? What about Maroon ? Is light maroon OK ? What about pink ? Or dark pink ?

That topic was quite constructive and i don't see people insulting each other there.

Now people complaining about their team getting obliterated is a whyne? Really?

Someone from WG said at the Gamescom Q&A that results like 15-4, 2-15 and 3-4 minutes games are indeed a problem and they are working on a solution.

And the only rude thing that i see in that topic is this:
