Try logging out then back in again.

I'm assuming you did actually buy it from the official store?

Support has a bit of a backlog though; my ticket took about four days to be resolved.

All my transactions have gone through smoothly, but bearing in mind the system has to convert the information concerning your order into the appropriate values and insert them into your account record in the WG player database, it's more than possible that on occasion a delay will occur.  For instance, a server may be down and these transactions are queued pending its restart.  More rarely, a glitch will be encountered and the process does not complete.  As you have proof of your order, you should as advised above contact WG support if your purchase does not appear after a lengthy period of time.

 

WG will no doubt be delighted to see me say this, but if you are in the habit of of buying gold just as you need it then you'll find it frustrating if there's a delay in it appearing on your account.  I never let my gold run very low just in case that were to happen.
