Hello Wargaming,

I'm a World of Tanks player for almost two years. I fell in love with this game the first time I played. In the meantime, I began learning, studying, seeing how things go.

At first I was playing this game with great joy in my soul, full of enthusiasm. I was just waiting to discover new tanks.

Everything until I reached 7-8 tier. There everything has changed.

There I saw premium tanks that you can only penetrate with premium projectiles. Is it correct for normal players?

There I saw scores of 15-1, 15-2, 3-15, 4-15, etc. Does that mean that the game is balanced?

There I saw a lot of dissatisfied players, constantly attacking the game, attacking your decisions.
Does that mean you ever listen to the players?

There I saw only fust, nerves and hatred. Does that mean that players are relaxed when playing this game?

There I saw only the wickedness and injuries expressed in the game chat about match making. Does that mean you've fixed your match making?

You have solved your match making in 9.18 and then you had ruined in 9.19. Does it seem logical?

Do not you notice the players complaining constantly about the game?

There are a lot of questions I can not find answers to. And if I find answers, I find answers without logic.

Lately I've seen a bunch of players decide to stay afk or commit suicide when they see tanks with +2 tiers over. Perhaps it will become a trend. Do not you notice that?

It was a nice, relaxing, good game...

P.S. Forgive me English, but I'm not good at

I didn't even get to the half of what you've written but I'll tell you what.

Since maybe two years, or since WG changed their management, the changes, which are implemented, don't have to do absolutely anything with logic or reason, as long as these particular changes bring $$$$ in.

I can write a whole topic about it if you want. I've been playing for more than 5 years, and things weren't like it used to be. It was better before.

Yeah, you must have loved that +4 matchmaking back in the day. So much better before.

Tanks with armor that is hard to pen is by no means limited to premium tanks.

These 15-1 matches happens because the match maker picks players of random skill levels for each team. So if you are a decent player, this shouldnt affect your winning or losing, just your enjoyment of most matches.

Just imagine if football didnt have leagues. Barcelona FC vs Manuels Burrito Grill reserve team... :D

Back in the day, really way back, there was no tier-based matchmaking at all. Not enough players. So you had it all, Loltractor-Sherman-Mause in a match.

And it was fun :-)

That's why I stated ''playing for more than 5 years'', but they just don't like to use their brains on this forum.

You forgot, that back when you had T4 only matchmaking, there was no credit-bought premium ammo.

Rose tinted goggles are not a way to think of a game.  +/- 4 MM, KV-2's that were unbeatable, Type 59's that owned the field were not "better".  Fact is all games are flawed.  You remove original flaws and find or create new ones.

I've been playing since 8.3.

So I missed out on +3 std MM, and peak Type 59 hype (was never really OP, just really popular)

Back then prem ammo was barely used, despite being available for credits in 8.4, you didn't have tanks like the O-I that practically required it.

Scouting was still a viable mechanic.  They hadn't yet corridor-ified the maps - you could still spot across the lower hill on Mali for instance and get fire support. They since put in the middle ridge to stop that.
Camo and view range were actually part of the gameplay.

I feel like the only thing that has really improved (apart from graphics) since then is arty.

damn, i have to tell them again. So, as Pankov said: 'We consider that the 2 -/+ MM is more fun because you have to shoot more gold.'
