Hearing the gun sounds from ingame made me wonder... can the Panther you used in the video fire shells? If so, maybe you could get permission to fire it a few times and record the sound and use it ingame instead of the current pooof-sound? :)

Bring back battle mode "Historic battles" - i would be one of pleased players who think that "It is enough" of all unhistoric weapon, loads and tanks in game. :-)

Oh dear, a rather poor 'documentary' with many inaccuracies.  E.g the gun penetration quoted (140mm) is wrong, the data is:  APCR MV 1130m/s with penetration @100m of 265mm.

The Soviets defences at Kursk weren't 'countermeasures'; they prepared a complex series of defensive lines with barriers, ditches and prepared infantry positions.  The german attack was initailly successful, but eventually ran out of momentum when what was designed as a manouevre battle became bogged down in attrition.

Nor was this the 'end of the war' for the Panther - it was only just starting!  Some 6000 were produced and it was the mainstay of the Panzer arm in Normandy, Italy and the Eastern Front until the end of the war.

Must try harder WG.
